Description
This luxurious holiday home is fit for five persons and a baby.
The house has a separate entrance and a private storage room for bicycles or strollers.
At the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet.
Through the front door and storeroom you enter the house.
One bedroom has two single boxspring beds and one bedroom has three single boxspring beds.
The house is very suitable for families.
On request we provide a cot and a baby chair.
On the ground floor is a separate toilet and bathroom with shower and large wash basin with mirror.
The entire ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating.
On the upper floor of the house is a cozy sitting area with TV. It offers all programs, including German channels.
Free Wi-Fi also belongs to the facilities.
The dining area is spacious and the brand new kitchen is well equipped with all the comforts.
A large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a combi microwave, filter coffee machine and induction cooking shield with four plates offers a perfect start of the day!
The entire upper floor has underfloor heating which offers a lot of comfort.
Via a sliding door the balcony can be entered.
The balcony is equipped with garden furniture and the sun shines all day long. From the balcony you have a view of the lighthouse, Jan van Speijk.
The house is located in the heart of Egmond aan Zee - 350 meters from the beach and the boulevard.

A visit to the famous cheese city, “Alkmaar”, is only a 15-minute car drive away.

Great, central accommodation
We rented the small terraced house Witsand 1A for a fortnight... 2 adults, 3 children
(5 - 11 years) and a small dog
We felt very comfortable
The flat is very centrally located. The supermarket and the bakery are only a few minutes walk away, as well as the town centre with its nice little shops.
The main beach is about 5-10 minutes away on foot.
Since we always took the dog to the beach edges to the activity beach, where the dog is allowed to stay on a leash all day, we had our bikes with us.
All five bikes fit in the extra room for parking.
The washing machine is a great extra for holidays with children
Everything was very clean when we arrived. The flat is very well maintained and comfortably furnished. The many great games in the cupboard were used daily by our children!
Our dog had his difficulties with the stairs. Therefore, we always had to carry her up and down
The landlady Ingrid and her husband are always available and very helpful
We will definitely be back!

Perfekter Urlaub
Due to Corona, we had to reorganize our vacation very spontaneously and that's when we noticed the beautiful house of Ingrid, and it is exactly as it looks in the photos,... simply perfect and beautifully designed. Just perfect for relaxing. The beach is reached in 5 minutes and is beautiful. Everything you need for life is right on your doorstep,... delicious restaurants, supermarket, and bars. Thank you for the beautiful time.

Beautiful time out in a central location
We (2 couples) enjoyed our short break at Witsand 1A. The house is new, beautifully furnished, well equipped, very well maintained, and clean. It is centrally located in close proximity to the pedestrian zone, so shops, the beach, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. We explored the surrounding area by bike, and the cycling path system is very well developed and well signposted. We had no trouble storing our 4 bikes in the holiday home's storage room.
