This spacious family home is perfect for families with kids, who also love to be near cats!
The owners offering the house including two cats, who have to be taken care of and offcourse can be cuddled during your stay.
This house is fit for 4 adults and 1 child.
We can place an extra babybed on request.
A spacious living room with lounge sofa and a Smart TV is situated at the ground floor.
The dining area requires a table with chairs for 4 adults and also two high chairs, especially for the kids.
A fridge with freezer and dishwasher offers optimal comfort in the kitchen.
A seperate toilet and stairs to the second floor is situated in the entrance hall.
The master bedroom on the second floor has a double boxspring bed an enough closet space. The children's room has a cot, with a size of 70x140cm.
At the third floor there is another bedroom with a double bed, accessible via a fixed staircase.
The garden has a loungeset and table with chairs to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.
A swimming pool and trampoline can be enjoyed by kids or adults in the sun.
The veranda with barbecue makes it also possible to sit and relax during the evening.

The dunes, one of the biggest nature reserves from the Netherlands, which are perfect for nature lovers.
The area offers more than enough routes for walking and cycling.
Egmond aan Zee is situated directly next to the beach, where there are several beach clubs.
Besides eating and drinking, you can also rent sunbeds and parasols at the beach clubs.
The shopping street offers several clothing- and souvenir shops, with something to find for everyone.
A visit to the famous cheese city, “Alkmaar”, is only a 15-minute car drive away.
Amsterdam is situated 45 minutes by car from Egmond aan Zee.
