Family vacation

We were received very kindly and felt great from start to finish. Sanja, our landlord, gave us good tips for beach and restaurant visits. Our favorite was Medulin... everything you need is there on site. The house is cozy and comfortably furnished with plenty of storage space and nice details. The pool is simply great and the entire garden area is beautifully landscaped. For breakfast, Sanja surprised us once with pancakes. A lovely and very tasty gesture.
The house is somewhat secluded, but that was not a problem for us. The village noise did not disturb us. Within a few minutes, you are at the beach or in the city.

Summer vacation

The house was very clean and modernly furnished. The landlady was also super nice. There were even some treats in the fridge upon our arrival. We even got pancakes. The house with the pool was great if you don't want to do much or see much. Unfortunately, the location is not very optimal; you need a car for everything. Unfortunately, the noise level was also very loud. With the neighbor's chickens, it would have been no problem, but there were also roosters that unfortunately made noise day and night. The dogs in the area also barked at night. Sleeping with the window open was unfortunately not possible. I don't know how quiet hours work in Croatia. But there are probably no Sundays and holidays there. Gas lawn mowers or similar run on those days as well. One should be aware of how much peace one wants on vacation.

Our stay in the holiday home with 7 people

A very nice, cozy, very clean house. It is located on the outskirts, which we also liked very much. In the neighborhood, there are screeching chickens and roosters, which did not bother us. It would be nice if there were more cutlery available in the kitchen. It is exactly counted for 7 people. We had to wash by hand after each meal for the next time. We would book it again.

Super beautiful and relaxing vacation!

We were with another family, so a total of four adults, three children, and two dogs in July 2024 in the beautiful holiday home in Jadreski!
The house was very well equipped, very clean, and left nothing to be desired.
The pool was of course a highlight for everyone, especially in the evenings with the beautiful lighting, it created a great atmosphere!
We all felt completely comfortable, the location was great, and even the small market in the village had almost everything you needed! We would very much like to come back and can recommend the house to anyone who loves peace and wants to be in the nature while still being central!

Beautiful and well-equipped holiday home.

We spent two beautiful weeks in Croatia. The holiday home is well equipped and was handed over clean. The landlady is very nice and was always available for questions. It is also apparent that the holiday home is always well maintained and new furniture is purchased. One should arrive by car to be flexible, most beaches can be reached in about 20 minutes, larger shopping opportunities in about 10 minutes. Within walking distance, there is a small market.

A very nice vacation

A very friendly welcome awaited us in a cooled house after the long drive. The house is very clean and spacious for 7 people. The decor reminds one of "beautiful living". The room distribution is cleverly solved. The 2 bathrooms are also great. A very nice location on the outskirts of the village. Nature and an olive grove surround it. The outdoor area is spacious and beautifully designed. The pool can be seen well from the elevated terrace, so the children can't swim unsupervised. The steps in the pool also provide fun and a cooling off for children who are afraid of water. We were very pleased with the small gifts for the children that were ready in the room and in the fridge/freezer. Additional fun games and books could be used. Whenever we needed help, Sanja always helped us. Another apartment in the village for visitors was quickly found with her help. She also helped us with baking powder for the cake.

A great vacation, gladly again.

The location was great for us (4 adults, two children, and three dogs)!
Very rural and quiet (although there are chickens next door, but you can't hear them with the windows closed).

We had trouble finding the house, which is located at the end of a winding dead-end street that is not even displayed on Google Maps, but the owner was extremely helpful and "picked us up". :D

The house itself lacks nothing for an carefree vacation.
Our children loved the pool, the men could barbecue outside, and the dogs felt very comfortable in the fenced-in property.
There was also a dartboard and a table tennis table to pass the time.
A washing machine and clothesline were also available on-site.
The air conditioning is located in the living/dining room, but it was sufficient for all the rooms (when the doors were open).
There are three bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom (and an additional bathroom). Only one of the bedrooms has a television, but it wasn't important for us, as we could watch TV in the living room or on our phones/tablets, for example.
The WiFi was great, which we hadn't had in any previous vacation, so we were very pleased.

Lastly, I would like to emphasize how attentive the hostess was! The pool and outdoor area were cleaned and maintained almost daily, and we even received crepes on one evening. ❤️

Absolutely recommendable

A very beautiful house that has everything to offer.
Even the reception by the landlady, who showed us everything and explained everything, was a nice start. The house is very clean and tastefully furnished, everything is available in multiple copies. The garden is very well maintained and invites you to linger. The private pool is also perfect, always clean, and left nothing to be desired for our child. It is only a few minutes by car to the beach. There is a small shop in the village that can be reached on foot in just 3 minutes and offers everything you need. Everything else can be obtained in larger shops. It is beautifully secluded and there are no direct neighbors as is often customary. Questions or wishes were also answered promptly and a solution was found.
We would like to thank you again very much for this beautiful week.

Clean house and very nice family.

"We have been here for the second time now and like to come back. The house is modernly furnished, with everything you need for a nice vacation. It is very clean and 100% corresponds to the pictures. The pool and outdoor area are also very well maintained and cleaned several times a week. The family is very nice and can speak English well, we were even served Croatian pancakes, very, very tasty. Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

We spent two weeks with our children (8 years old) and our dog there. It is a very quiet, very clean holiday home located at the end of a dead-end street. There is a large parking lot right in front of the house and immediate opportunities for walks. Our dog was able to move freely there as the owner herself has a dog. The property is completely fenced. There are some dogs there that roam freely. The house itself was super clean and equipped with everything we needed. The hostess was very nice and accommodating, welcoming us with cold drinks and sweets. We could have reached her at any time if necessary. The pool was cleaned twice a week early in the morning (hardly noticeable) and was the right size for us. It even had lighting at night and stairs. There is plenty of bed linen and towels, barbecue, air conditioning, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, coffee machine, stove, oven, and a large fridge-freezer, all available. The house is lovingly decorated and you immediately feel comfortable. There is also a table tennis table, badminton rackets, and games. A small shop is within walking distance, but a car is needed for everything else. Those who like it quiet and rural will feel very comfortable. We can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Urlaub und Entspannung

Peace and relaxation in the house Kota

After our 14-day vacation in Croatia, we have now been able to gather enough impressions to be able to give a well-founded review here. The holiday house Kota is located in the very quiet village of Jadreski, it is an ideal place to unwind and let your soul dangle. The house Kota was completed just 2 years ago and is therefore state-of-the-art (washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, German TV, air conditioning, pool including lighting, small playground at the house, etc.). Next to the pool, there is an opportunity to barbecue with charcoal, which adds to the typical holiday atmosphere. The rooms in the house are very beautiful and stylishly decorated, leaving nothing to be desired. The house can accommodate 5-8 people (3x bedrooms with double beds and in the living room
2x a sofa bed); the beds are very comfortable.

Particularly noteworthy is the very nice and friendly nature of the landlords Sanja and Christian Jurkota. Upon arrival, we already found drinks and some sweets in the refrigerator. All questions and requests before and during our stay were answered immediately. After being long-time vacationers in Italy, we can now confidently say that Croatia is a real or better alternative to Italy. Here, the price-performance ratio is right!

A few kilometers from Jadreski towards Pula, there is the so-called "CityMal," where all shopping options are available on site (shopping, strolling, food). In the town of Medulin, there is also a Lidl supermarket, which offers a huge assortment of groceries, including well-known German brands. The beach and the sea, as is already known everywhere, are probably one of the highlights of Croatia. The water is so clean that you can see every grain of sand. Our vacation for next year at House Kota is already booked! Thank you very much.
