Great accommodation for families.

Our stay in the holiday house was simply wonderful! The fact that it is located 5 minutes' drive outside of Medulin provided us with the perfect peace and relaxation that we needed with small children. The modern ambiance of the house and the great facilities immediately impressed us. Especially for our children, it was a paradise - they were so excited about all the play options inside and outside that we didn't even need to unpack their toys.

The safety of the outdoor area with the gates allowed us as a family with small children to enjoy our time without worries. And the landlords were simply fantastic! Always friendly, always available and always ready to assist us with advice and action.

We are truly enthusiastic and can wholeheartedly recommend this house. We very much hope to have the opportunity to come back here soon.

Beautiful holiday home with lovely pool

A beautiful house with a pool. Everything very clean and beautifully furnished. We found everything we needed. There were only two of us and we had more than enough space, the second bedroom and the children's room remained unused. When the weather is nice, the pool invites you to swim and you can linger comfortably on one of the loungers. We were very satisfied and will gladly come back! Our host was very very nice and was always very helpful with questions. Also on arrival, Mr Dujmenovic explained everything in and around the house to us. Excellent!

Entspannte Tage mit der Familie

Nach unserem vorherigen Aufenthalt in einem Familienhotel waren meine Frau und ich froh, auch mal wieder etwas Ruhe vor grossen Massen zu haben. Dazu eignete sich dieses Ferienhaus mehr als ideal.
Allem voran möchten wir die sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber/Eigentümer hervorheben, die uns nach der Ankunft alles im und um das Haus herum zeigten und für Fragen stets erreichbar waren.

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt und obschon wir es primär als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge nutzen wollten, haben wir dann doch auch den ein und anderen Tag auf die Fahrt zum Strand (Meer) verzichtet und sind dafür im Haus mit dem grossen Pool geblieben.

Die Ausstattung des Hauses und des Gartens ist umfangreich und wir haben nichts vermisst. Besonders toll fanden wir den Baldachin (neu und daher noch nicht auf den Bildern abgebildet), unter dem man zu jeder Tageszeit liegen konnte und dennoch ausreichend von der Sonne geschützt war. Der Pool ist gross dimensioniert für uns als 4-köpfige Familie und der Eigentümer kam regelmässig - dezent und fast unbemerkt - zur Poolpflege.

Toll sind auch die weiteren Möglichkeiten zur Beschattung, besonders die seitliche Markise gegen die nachmittägliche tiefe Sonne fanden wir sehr nützlich und haben wir in anderen Unterkünften selten gesehen. Man merkt der Ausstattung und dem Layout an, dass die Eigentümer sich dabei Gedanken über die Praktikabilität und den Nutzen gemacht haben.

Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für alle erdenklichen Aktivitäten geeignet. Durch die Lage in der Peripherie von Pula und die gut erschlossenen Umgehungsstrassen um Pula herum, kann man vom Haus aus alles sehr gut und schnell mit dem Auto erreichen, sei es ein grosser Supermarkt, die zahlreichen Strände von Pula/Medulin etc. oder auch mal die Kartbahn von Pula, alles ist meist innerhalb von 5-10 min zu erreichen.

Traumhaus

We spent a week in this dream house, unfortunately much too short. It is so beautifully designed inside and outside, the pool was a dream and everything else was just top. The house was equipped with everything you need and very tastefully furnished, everything was very clean. We felt comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. The landlords are very nice, we would definitely book it again.

Thanks again to the Dujmenovic family! Very warm landlords who are very helpful and also inquire about your well-being during the holiday. The location is highly recommended, not far from various beaches, Cape Kamenjak. Shopping only 3 km away. Due to the proximity to the highway, you can also quickly reach other beautiful towns like Rovinj. The house has everything you need and is very clean! Everything has been thought of! Highly recommended!

Highly recommended

We had a relaxing holiday in a great house. The contact with the landlord was always excellent and pleasant. The house is located in a quiet area, the sights in Pula, Rovinj, and the surrounding area are easy to reach from there. As self-caterers, there are sufficient supermarkets (including Lidl) within a 5-minute drive. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired, we enjoyed using the outdoor grill often. I can only agree with the explanations of the other reviewers and highly recommend this house and especially the landlord. During our stay, the TV in our bedroom broke. We informed the landlord in the morning, he picked up the device in the morning, and a new device was brought in the early evening. Dear Kristijan, we thank you for this wonderful holiday and really enjoyed our time in your house. You are a very congenial and exemplary host, and we were delighted to have met you. Traumurlaub

If you want to spend an absolute dream holiday, this is the right place for you. The holiday home is very modern - you will find what you need and everything is in good condition. In addition, the holiday home is very well maintained and very clean.

Highly recommended for family holidays as there are several play equipment on the property.

Even with a pet, you are not only tolerated here but also welcome! With the four-legged friend, you never have to be alone on the way, as soon as you leave the property, one or the other dog from the village joins - so everyone gets their money's worth.

The beaches are easily accessible by car within a few minutes, and we had no problem finding a parking space at any time.

Pula is a romantic sleepy little town (at least at this time), but we mostly went to Medulin to eat and were well taken care of.

What can one say about such landlords? It was the warmest welcome we ever had. The landlords were always approachable without being intrusive.

Clear recommendation, we will come back!

Beautiful vacation home with superb landlords!

We stayed for 10 days in May in the holiday home Greta in Jadreski.

The location is very quiet, great for dogs because it is fenced. You can let them jump without any worries. The equipment is very modern and well-maintained. The mattresses are typically soft for the country.

Recreation with dog

Actually, it is not our style to give a review directly the day after the holiday

The pictures of the house are so beautiful that we were initially sceptical that we would find it like this... but, it is exactly like that!

We loved the small dishwasher in the kitchen, the oven with side door, the induction hob, the great big fridge and above all the cooking island! We are mostly self-catering and almost everything is there for us! The landlords have really put their heads together!

If you want to eat out most of the time, you have to go by car. From three kilometres away (Pula or towards Medulin) you can find everything your heart desires! The landlords have put together a great folder with addresses.

For dog lovers: The whole property is walled (approx. 1.60 m). The entrance is equipped with an electric rolling gate, which is very practical. Opposite the second gate, which leads to the road, there is a path leading to a large meadow. At our time (mid-September) it was mowed down, so we could walk there with our dog. We can't say what the situation is like in the high season.

There is a small supermarket in the village, but we always went shopping in Pula, about 7 minutes away (Interspar, Lidl, Kaufland, but also the farmers' market in the old town).

Medulin is a great tourist place, Rovinje (approx. 35 km away) very romantic and to be recommended. Pula, of course, also has its attractions...

Back to the house: the pool is very well maintained and is cleaned by a company twice a week during the season. It takes about 10-15 minutes. They have a handle for the rolling gate and you don't have to be present. The terrace is large and equipped with a table and six chairs as well as 2 awnings. The landlords live in Pula and were always available!

We have to praise them and hope to come back next year

Modern Haus Greta

We really liked the villa, the furnishings are modern. The villa was introduced to us in a friendly manner, everything was explained very well in German. We were positively surprised, and we highly recommend the villa.

Perfect vacation in Villa Greta

Our holiday in Villa Greta was dreamily beautiful! The house is located in a small village in a very quiet area, but it is no problem to reach the nearby towns, attractions, and beaches by car (about 3km). The very well-kept outdoor area in the completely fenced property is perfect for children and also for pets. Children have the opportunity to play (trampoline, swing, children's seating group, dart board). The pool is very clean and illuminated at night, cleaning is done regularly. An outdoor shower is also available. There are 4 loungers with cushions by the pool and a large seating group on the terrace, as well as a fireplace grill. Sufficient firewood is available for the fireplace grill and the indoor fireplace. The house itself is very tastefully decorated and very well equipped, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Particularly worth mentioning is the friendliness of the landlords, which we have never experienced before. For our stay, a mobile phone was even provided free of charge with all important numbers. The Dujmenovic family was available to us around the clock. We fell in love with the country, the area, and above all, with the lovingly furnished house, so we immediately booked for next year.

Holiday with kids and dogs - beautiful house with pool

The house is just as beautiful as shown in the photos. The property is fenced, making it ideal and welcoming for dogs. Quiet location. In terms of location, it's somewhat remote in the village of Jadreski, about 4 km from Pula. In Jadreski itself, not much is happening, there is only a small shop and mostly houses and holiday apartments. There is a bus connection, but it's better to have your own car. Great excursions can be made to Medulin, Premantura, Pomer. s.w. machen.
I can only recommend the house for families with children, dogs, or couples who don't necessarily need nightlife right outside the door! Available:
