Location and surroundings of object
Bad Aibling is located in the beautiful Alpine foothills and the nearby lake area, Simssee / Chiemsee.
In the surrounding area, mountain, bike and hiking tours are highly recommended.
The state capital of Munich, as well as Salzburg, Kufstein etc. can be reached quickly and easily by train and car.
Bad Aibling, also known as a health city, offers many shops, restaurants, cafés, a large thermal bath complex and a nearby outdoor pool in a beautiful location.
The city center with its shops, localities, the cinema and the large thermal baths can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Top holiday flat from top landlords
A beautiful, spacious, lovingly and individually furnished apartment (not for people who prefer boring 0815 apartments!) that could hardly be better: Ideal for 2 people, but also enough space for 3, as there are 2 separate bedrooms; own access to the 1st floor; own parking space directly at the house; own balcony
The friendly and helpful Schlenker couple welcomed us with chilled beer and lemonade in the fridge. Teas, coffee and various spices and ingredients were also available. The kitchen is fully equipped.
All towels owned by the landlord are washed by the Schlenker family in between; however, there is also a washing machine in the bathroom. The WC is conveniently separate
Even fitness enthusiasts will get their money's worth: in the attic, workout enthusiasts will find a small gym, including an ergo-bike and a stepper.
A giant flat-screen TV and a music system await guests in the living room.
The location of the apartment is no less ideal: in 5 minutes you can walk to the centre of this friendly spa town; a butcher (Hausberger; the hit: fennel-chilli sausages!) and a baker (Winhart; both highly recommended) are almost within cherry-picking distance of the apartment. In the village there're various good cafés and restaurants (tip: you can eat well and genuinely Bavarian food in the nearby "Kriechbaumer" and in the "Maxlrainer": nice large beer garden, own brewery specialities). If you want to dine a little more upmarket, you can visit "Das Lindner" the "Maxlrainer" also has a somewhat more upmarket "department".
The ice cream boutique "Venezia" should also not be missed ... ;)
Bad Aibling itself is also a very convenient starting point for various fantastic sights and locations, whether for culture vultures, lake romantics or mountain fans (Mr Schlenker has lots of great tips).
We would stay there again at any time!
