We had a great week at the House Brem.
The bungalow is hidden in the holiday park and directly borders the nature reserve, providing privacy.
There is nothing missing and everything is very clean and lovingly furnished.
The beach is reachable within 5 minutes, ensuring relaxation.
We will be happy to come back next year.

Simply wonderful

Dear Teddy, dear Jan, your bungalow is wonderfully located at the edge of the bungalow park and is decorated with much love. The welcome with a fresh bouquet of tulips and friendly words was very nice, and we immediately felt very comfortable. The view from the window of the bedroom onto the adjacent nature reserve is wonderful. The walk to the beach takes about 20 minutes on foot. We had a very relaxing time and will definitely not be the last time we visit.

Wonderful Texel week.

We had a very pleasant week on Texel and felt very comfortable in this beautifully furnished bungalow - even our dog, who enjoyed being able to lie outside in the fenced garden. We would love to come back! :)

perfect location

It is a modern and tastefully decorated holiday home equipped with all conveniences. Flowers upon arrival and a personal message as a welcome.
What really stands out is the location, on the edge of the park next to a nature reserve. It couldn't be better. You can walk straight from the park into the nature reserve. But still enough privacy due to the vegetation.

A bed with a good mattress, good ventilation options, we slept wonderfully.

We have spent a fantastic week with our family in the holiday home of Jan and Teddy in the past week.

The house is clean, modern, light, and fully equipped. The location of the house is perfect, within cycling distance of Den Burg, De Koog, and De Slufter, and within walking distance of the forest, dunes, and beach.

In short, this house is highly recommended! We would love to come back again.

We spent a very nice week in Teddy and Jan's great house. As I had an accident shortly before and was not quite so mobile, we were super happy to have such a nice house where we very much enjoyed spending time

Wonderful! Highly recommended

Bubgalow Brem is an excellent holiday home. The architecture and furnishings are both tasteful and practical. Lots of light, comfortable beds, super-equipped kitchen, quiet location near the beach. We felt very comfortable. Teddy and Jan are uncomplicated and friendly hosts. We can highly recommend the bungalow and will gladly come back.
The enclosed, quiet garden and the easy-care floor coverings make the accommodation ideal for dogs. Unfortunately there were negative experiences. Dear dog owners. Make an effort. It has nature all around. The dog does not have to go into the garden. And if something does happen - clean it up! It would be a great pity if the accommodation was closed to dogs.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Brem is a super beautiful holiday home in a lovely location on the edge of Vredelust park with unobstructed views. Luxurious and comfortable with very hospitable landlords who pay attention to the decor and small cozy details. Very close to the forest, dunes, and sea. The location is perfect. We had a great time and will definitely come back! All 5 stars well deserved by Jan and Teddy!

Fantastic sunny spring vacation

This vacation was simply fantastic. The wait, caused by Corona, was absolutely worth it. The weather was more than good to us. A great modern bungalow that was fully equipped exceeded our expectations. We and our two dogs felt very comfortable. The car was not moved for a week, we could explore and do everything by bike. Texel "Brem," we will come back—the next vacation is already booked. Highly recommended.

Vacation on Texel

Beautiful location next to a nature reserve where you can take stunning walks. Close to the beach. The house is excellently equipped, lacks nothing, modern and tastefully furnished, and impeccably clean. Enclosed garden. A small bouquet of flowers on the table and a personal note on the board immediately gives a very welcoming feeling.

A week of vacation for two

We spent a wonderful week in the great bungalow. Our son found this bungalow on the internet and booked it for us. From the beginning, we felt very comfortable in the Brem. It is very modern, spacious, and furnished with attention to detail. Even rainy weather is easy to endure when you have rented such a great vacation rental. We were very pleased with the top-maintained condition, the great cleanliness, and the loving details of the furnishings. There are many beautiful things that delight the heart, beautiful flowers, beds with bird bedding and bird decorations in the window above the bed, a window in the bedroom with a view of the forest, etc. etc.
It is best if you travel to the island of Texel yourself and test the Brem bungalow. We will definitely come back to this island soon and rent this bungalow again. It is now part of our future Texel vacation.

When the weather is nice, it doesn't matter which cottage you're in. When the weather is a bit less pleasant, you will appreciate a beautiful, cozy cottage even more.
We had already seen the photos and had previously been to Vredenlust Park, but the Brem cottage is amazing, really beautiful and in a fantastic location. When we first entered with Teddy and Jan, we were truly flabbergasted!!! The weather wasn't great, but the cottage was, and that made for a nice week. Couldn't find any negatives about the cottage.

Top location and beautiful enclosed bungalow.

Enjoyed the cottage. The terrace is very well sheltered from the wind, and the living area is very spacious. The kitchen is equipped with a Bauknecht combination microwave and dishwasher. The ceramic hob works very well, and a wok pan is available. Nespresso and traditional coffee maker are provided. Located directly on 't Mientje, beautiful views over the heather and birch forest. Suitable for dogs as long as they are not too protective. The front faces a playfield, and the back faces a walking path and bridleway. Car cannot reach the cottage, distance is about 200 meters from the parking lot. A handcart is available to transfer luggage.

Beautiful Brem experiences!

As soon as you step foot over the threshold at De Brem, you are warmly welcomed with a greeting from Jan and Teddy on the board in the hallway. The beautiful light, high level of finish, and tasteful styling in the spacious bungalow immediately catch your eye upon entering. Fresh tulips are on the Texel table, and on the outdoor table, an arrangement of daffodils and blue grape hyacinths. It's the little things that matter. What a beautiful bungalow to stay in for a week. As soon as the sun is shining, even if it's only 10 degrees, you can sit outside on the terrace and enjoy the bird sounds, the peace and nature around you. Your backyard is a heathland with the dunes and the sea beyond. It's our first time on Texel, and we have taken the island into our hearts. It's like a small Netherlands. The daffodil and hyacinth fields provide the necessary color and flair in April as scenic backdrops around the villages. The exuberant lambs complete the spring picture. Not to forget all those beautiful blue skies with here and there a white cloud and the gorgeous sunsets from the beach. Someone saw our photos and thought we were on Bonaire on vacation! After a bike ride or walk, it was nice to return with fresh noses to the comfortable Brem in a beautiful spot on Texel. We are currently in a strict lockdown, but would love to come back to relax on one of the island's many terraces.

Nice house in a beautiful location!

What a clean, complete, beautiful, and atmospheric house with a magnificent view of nature, many birds in the garden too! You can directly enter the diverse nature reserve from the park and walk towards the sea, for example. We have experienced sun, storms, snow, and hail showers and how wonderful it is to come back 'home' to a comfortably heated Brem after walking. There was a bouquet of tulips on the table upon arrival, nice welcome! Furthermore, we strolled through the lovely villages, of course saw the famous lighthouse, the dyke, the beautiful beaches, and along the way enjoyed the blooming daffodil fields and the young lambs. Thank you, Teddy, for letting us stay in Brem, and we would love to come back sometime!

Wonderful vacation in a beautiful cottage

We have enjoyed the beautiful Texel and the lovely house de Brem. Fully equipped. Upon arrival even a cozy bunch of tulips on the table. Lovely that there is underfloor heating throughout the house and that there is truly everything in the kitchen to prepare a proper meal. Thank you Teddy and Jan for the hospitality. Big surprise!

The new BREM was a big surprise for us! We have rented holiday homes before, but this exceeded our expectations by far. Very complete, spacious, perfect location for those seeking peace, easy to maintain daily. Underfloor heating completes the whole. Enclosed garden for dogs.

Beautiful/clean holiday home on Texel equipped with all comforts. The holiday home is located in a very nice quiet place, which we found delightful. The garden is completely enclosed, so ideal for people with small children and/or pets. There are plenty of pans in the kitchen to prepare a delicious meal. Lovely garden with garden chairs. Just 20m from the park, you can walk straight into nature. Lots of hiking opportunities there. From the cottage, you can see the playground, convenient for those with small children. To our yellow disadvantage, but for people who are not good on foot, you cannot park the car by the cottage.

For shopping, it is only a maximum of 10 minutes by car to both Te Koop and Den Burg, making shopping very close. The landlady is very friendly.

Dream house

The new house is furnished with love and taste, well equipped and quietly located, so that you can feel at home right from the start. The very friendly landlords take care of you immediately if you have any questions. The forest with cycling and hiking paths is practically on the doorstep; the beach with the nearest beach restaurant with excellent cuisine can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. For people with a serious walking disability, the house may not be quite so suitable, as you can't get close to it by car. (However, this also makes the residential park particularly quiet.) To get to the house, you have to cross a small piece of meadow with a playground. There are trolleys at the car park.

Bungalow

Very nice bungalow we were lucky enough to be the first after the completion. It was a great stay even if it was a bit short. The house is super nice and quietly located at the edge of the forest. The hosts were very friendly and open to all questions.
We would go there again any time.
