Description

Lovingly furnished non-smoking house with terrace facing west. Kitchen on the ground floor fully equipped with cooker, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. Living area on the ground floor with large sofa, equipped with flat screen TV. From the vestibule you reach a separate WC, where there is also a coin-operated washing machine. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a couch and a single bed and a bathroom with shower. The house is child-friendly, there is also a baby travel cot with a firm mattress, which can be set up if necessary. The windows in the bedrooms are fitted with fly screens and roller blinds. Since the bedrooms on the first floor are only accessible via stairs, it is not suitable for disabled persons. There is a parking space right next to the house. For the terrace there are table, chairs/ deckchairs and sunshade, a barbecue is also available. In the living room you will find various games for the family.
We invest every year in the maintenance of our house, so in 2011 a new cooker with oven and in 2012 a new dishwasher were installed. In autumn 2013, a new heating system was installed. In spring 2018 our house was completely renovated and rebuilt for you. Kitchen, bathrooms, doors, tiles on the ground floor..............all new.
The rooms can be darkened with roller blinds, and there are also light-coloured folding blinds on the windows to provide privacy.

Location and surroundings of object

Our holiday home (DHH) is located in a small holiday home area directly behind the coastal protection forest on the steep coast, it is only 180m to the beach. The centre with the church is only about 500m away. A supermarket, butcher and several bakers are in the immediate vicinity (3-5 min walk). In addition, there are 2 banks, a pharmacy, a doctor and dentist, a hairdresser, bicycle rental, a flower shop, a fish smokehouse/fish shop and a pizza service in the immediate vicinity. Anglers and water sports enthusiasts also get their money's worth, beginners and advanced can take courses with local providers in the Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea. There is also a small harbour with boat hire on the Salzhaff, and a few moorings are available here. The old Hanseatic cities of Rostock, Wismar and Stralsund are easy to reach by car, and Greifswald and Güstrow are also not far away. Cycling tourists can reach the island of Poel, Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn on well-developed cycle paths.

Rerik in general: Rerik is a romantic little fishing village that has retained its own typical character. The village is picturesquely situated between the Baltic Sea and the Salzhaff, which is why many holidaymakers fall for the incomparable charm of a holiday in Rerik and therefore come back a second and a third time.
The early Gothic church and the lovingly designed museum in the town centre are both worth a visit.
From the harbour on the Salzhaff, those interested can set off on a trip around the mysterious peninsula of Wustrow or also on a fishing trip on the Baltic Sea.
