Description
The holiday flat "Sonnensegler" is located on the 1st floor.
Enjoy the afternoon or evening sun on the covered and wind-protected balcony.
Enjoy the evenings in hanging chairs with a view of the sea.
In the living room you will find a large TV, Blu-Ray player, DVD's and some games for the whole family.
A selection of books is also available.
Two armchairs and a sofa bed (140 x 200) offer space for 4 people.
In the bedroom there is a second TV and a large double bed (180 x 200).
The fly screens on the windows ensure quiet summer nights.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. Besides a filter coffee machine, a Caffissimo capsule machine by Tchibo provides coffee in between. Tea drinkers are also catered for.
The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower, underfloor heating for pleasant foot warmth and a towel warmer.
In the bicycle cellar you will find two bicycles for free use, one of them, if required, with a child's bicycle seat.
Upon registration, the sauna is available for your exclusive use free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located directly on the beautiful natural beach of the Schaabe.
You will find the dog beach just to the left.
In the village you will find a beach café with a selection of bread rolls, an ice cream parlour and a souvenir shop
It is usually open from April to October.
There are several restaurants in the village.
In summer, take a trip from Breege harbour to the Störtebeker Festival or make an excursion to the sister island of Hiddensee.
You can also take the bikes and cycle along the high shore with a fantastic view to Kap Arkona.
If you prefer it sporty, take a kite course or perhaps get your sailing licence.
Juliusruh is a quiet family resort.
If you are looking for peace and nature, this is the place for you.

Vacation with Dog
The holiday apartment is as depicted and described. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location is great, right by the beach. The shared use of the sauna in the building also worked very well. We really enjoyed it with our dog.

Hard to beat !!!
We have already visited many vacation rentals. This one was by far the best we have had so far, not only because of the wonderful weather. It was furnished with a lot of love. Everything was there in the kitchen equipment. No scratched pans or only large pots. Even two coffee machines. One for pads and one with filter bags. All appliances from WMF. So the vacation rental is highly recommended.

Holiday feeling guaranteed!
As a frequent traveler, I can claim to have rarely found such a beautiful accommodation. For us, 2 people, everything was perfect - even the weather :).

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
This vacation rental is 100% recommended. The apartment is lovely, practical, and cozy. Very good location. We will gladly come back.

Holiday with dog in March
Very nice and very well equipped flat directly on the (dog) beach.
The place is a bit secluded and seems quieter.
We felt very comfortable for the 6 days with our dog.
The service was very friendly and helpful. Small problems were solved immediately.
