This villa was recently newly and comfortably furnished and offers space for up to eight people. The high ceilings create a homely atmosphere for relaxation.

The sliding doors from the living and dining area open directly onto the covered terrace, where you can relax in the seating area and on the pool loungers. The beautiful saltwater pool provides refreshment. This is electrically heatable and operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed to have no more irritated eyes.

Enjoy the wide view of the broad Eternity Canal – from here it is only a short boat ride to Cape Harbour.

Experience relaxed cooking evenings in the fully equipped kitchen with professional appliances. The large kitchen island with sink and granite countertops gives you even more space for cooking.

The master bedroom is spacious and has access to the lanai through French doors and windows overlooking the canal. The three additional bedrooms share two bathrooms.

In addition to the good house amenities, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach equipment for your excursions in the garage. A boat lift is available upon request, as well as a tiki hut. With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.

A boat rental is recommended! ! ! In Florida, no boating license is required, and the boat you rent from us will be moored directly at your own private boat dock, so you can, for example, visit the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! With a bit of luck, you will be accompanied by dolphins. The boats to choose from can be found directly at coralvilla-florida.com. . In the booking, you can then directly select the boat you want.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. About 30 minutes from Fort Myers airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks like Sea World, Disney World, or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples into the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The most famous ones, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 minutes. In the area you will find many shopping opportunities. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 minutes. The water park Sun Splash is located in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is situated right between the dreamlike islands of Captiva, Sanibel, and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

Super accommodation

The villa leaves nothing to be desired, everything you need is available, you feel as if you were at home here. Shopping facilities nearby, Fort Myers Beach about 25 minutes away. The care and contact with Frau Schommer were great, we will come back. Greetings from Berlin.
