The private villa on the lake offers a light-filled living room with cathedral ceiling and floor tiles. A modern seating area, TV, glass tables and pictures of the Naples Art Show give the spacious living room a sophisticated ambience. Large sliding glass doors with Plantation shutters lead directly to the spacious terrace with solar heated pool and covered seating area overlooking the lake. Large American gas grill and a small pool bar provide a romantic atmosphere. Exclusive Master Bedroom with walk-in closet, spacious, stylishly kept granite bath, whirlpool, sep. ür children / friends separate sleeping area with sep. equipped counter kitchen, with bar. Breakfast corner, chic dining room, modern washer / dryer set. Beach chairs and towels, umbrellas, air mattresses and children's toys for home and beach. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS . Garage parking space. We live every year for a long time in the house and accordingly it is equipped and maintained.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in Briarwood, a gated community (gated community) with excellent transport links. The beach is 7 - 10 minutes.
The community clubhouse also offers free access to tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, 2 large sports pools, one of which is heated. heated, and a beautifully designed children's playground. Banks and shops very close (map with markings on the garage wall.)
In the house you will find a large information folder with recommendations for stalls, restaurants, shopping and excursions in the Everglades, etc

We have been renting houses in the USA for countless years, including in Briarwood. Always top quality in terms of condition and amenities. This time we really had bad luck. Upon arrival, we found ants in all the rooms (despite bait boxes), salamanders in the shower and guest room, and a cockroach in the kitchen. The dosing flap of the dishwasher was completely crusted over with a hard substance and thus initially unusable. The pool was covered with blue plastic particles that came from the cover. The pool pump was defective for weeks. The air conditioning in one of the guest rooms was broken, the only outlet in the guest bathroom was defective, as well as the one in the garage. A trash can always lost its wheels when emptied, which ended up in the driveway or street. A somewhat neglected house. The coffee machine shown in the photos of the house does not exist. The 6-lane Livingston Rd is always audible. All appliances are well labeled, contact with the Küther family is problem-free. However, we had no desire to actually have all technical deficiencies eliminated, as that would have meant many deployments of workers (electricians, pool service, pest control, etc.) and we did not want to be disturbed.

Traumurlaub
Die Unterkunft hat mich von vorne bis hinten überzeugt und ich habe mich mega wohlgefühlt.
Die Ausstattung ist top und man findet alles was man braucht. Der Pool befindet sich mit Blick auf den See auf der in der Veranda eingelassen. Die Veranda ist ringsum mit einem stabiles Mückennetz ausgestattet, so dass man bis spät in die Nacht draußen sitzen kann.
Das Haus liegt an einem ruhigen See in einer gepflegten Community.
Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und man findet hier alles von Strand bis Shopping.
Man kann hier viele Ausflüge machen und es ist für Jeden was dabei.
Die Vermieter haben einen Ordner mit Empfehlungen und persönlichen Notizen zusammen gestellt wo Ausflüge und Restaurants und Anderes drin zu finden ist. Von diesen Empfehlungen haben wir auch einiges wahrgenommen und es hat sich mehr als gelohnt.
Ich bin hier definitiv nicht das letzte Mal gewesen!

Best USA holiday of my life
Quiet good and sheltered location.
Large house with cosy terrace and pool (from there you have the possibility to watch a beautiful sunset).
The house's own gas barbecue also allows for a nice BBQ :)
The interior design and equipment of the house is exemplary.
There is also a folder with suggestions for activities.
In general, the house is worthwhile for families with children, three couples or a couple of singles. The size of the property allows for such variability.
Will definitely come back!
