Always beautiful!!!

We were now for the second time in Barendorf and also in the same apartment. It was a dream vacation again. Despite all the apartments being occupied, you could enjoy peace and also make extensive use of the swimming pool and sauna. The natural beach is beautiful and very clean. The landlady is very nice, and everything is taken care of on-site. We are already looking forward to our next vacation in Barendorf!!!

Again and again great!

We have booked this vacation apartment several times and enjoyed our stay every time! The immediate surroundings/nature offer a lot of relaxation potential, it is not far to the beach (within walking distance), and just the way there already evokes a holiday mood. A bike rental is "around the corner." Walking or biking to Travemünde or towards Boltenhagen/Castle Groß Schwannsee are options if you prefer it a bit quieter. Car trips to Lübeck and/or Wismar are also part of the vacation planning options. A swimming pool and a sauna are in the house as bad weather alternatives, but you can also make yourself comfortable in the holiday apartment! Books, games, and DVDs are available as well as various excursion tips. The landlady is very, very nice and responds promptly to booking inquiries/questions, and the caretaker couple always prepares the apartment excellently! We are already looking forward to the next break in Barendorf :)

Vacation trip

We spent wonderful holidays from 28.5.-5.6.2024 in the Ferienwohnung Ostseeliebe in Barendorf. The holiday apartment is really beautiful and in our opinion, nothing is missing. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Highly recommended

The holiday property is located in a quiet, rural area with lots of nature all around. The beach can be reached after a nice walk in about 10-15 minutes. It is great that there is a swimming pool and sauna available in the building. Perfect for rainy days. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The holiday apartment is well equipped, very clean and well maintained.

Positively surprised!!

My initial concerns about the large housing complex were immediately dispelled upon entering the apartment. We found a excellently equipped, clean, and cozy furnished apartment in which there was really nothing missing. A whole shelf of games, building blocks, CDs, DVDs, and books also made sure that there was no boredom. The large garden with playground equipment, barbecue facilities, and the swimming pool also provided variety. We felt very comfortable.

Great!

The apartment is lovingly furnished and great for families with children. Lots of accessories and a great selection of games. The beach is easily accessible on foot. Our children loved the available wagon so much that they didn't want to walk anymore.
Communication with the owners is smooth and professional. A great place to relax!

Relaxed vacation

Very nice, well-equipped vacation apartment. Very quiet location with a beautiful beach 15 minutes away. It was a great holiday with the two kids. There is also space for soccer, table tennis, and badminton on the property.

Dreamy!!!

We spent a week on vacation in Barendorf as a family with a small dog, and it was perfect. Despite almost all of the apartments being occupied, it was quiet. Our son made full use of the pool and the playground. The apartment is super furnished and nothing was missing. We enjoyed the sunset on the terrace every evening, where you also have a small view of the sea. Our dog also felt very comfortable. The contact with the landlady was very nice and allowed for a smooth process. Travemünde is in the immediate vicinity and is worth a visit, as is the zoo in Wismar. For us, it was a perfect, peaceful vacation and we would love to come back.

Beautiful short vacation in cozy vacation apartment in Barendorf - "Baltic Sea happiness right by the Baltic Sea"

We, as a couple with a dog, stayed for 4 nights on a short break over Ascension Day in the vacation rental of the Volkers family.

The booking process was very nice and uncomplicated with email exchanges about this and that!
We liked the vacation rental, it is nicely decorated and well equipped. We didn't miss anything.
We slept great! The mattresses were new (good for our back problems)! The beach, as well as the great bike and hiking path towards Priwall/Travemünde or Groß Schwansee/Boltenhagen, are easily accessible. For us, the beautiful nature in the area was just right! Nature reserves like southern Priwall, Dassow Lake, and the peaceful natural beach really appealed to us. We would love to come back!!!

Everything is just right with this accommodation. The flat is lovingly furnished. The spacious living and dining area invites you to linger. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the balcony you can enjoy the sunset. The pool and wellness area is indoors in the apartment complex, so you can enjoy your time there at any time in peace. The location is great because you can walk to the beach. You can do many things by car, but also without, as there is a bus stop in front of the house. Communication with the owners is smooth and professional. A great place to relax!

Definitely recommend!

The vacation rental was located in a beautiful and very quiet location close to the sea. We didn't miss anything as the vacation rental was well equipped with everything. We felt very comfortable during the two weeks, and the kids could let off steam in the garden or pool. We also appreciated that we received all important information regarding the arrival, etc. in advance from the landlady. The contactless key handover also worked perfectly. Definitely recommendable!

Pure relaxation

A beautiful and relaxing holiday at the Baltic Sea
Very good communication with the landlords from start to finish, all questions were answered quickly, couldn't have been better.
The flat is clean, well equipped and has everything you need
The way to the beach is not far and it is easy to walk
In the evening you are gently transported to sleep by a frog concert, I must say it helped you fall asleep.
The Prival, Travemünde and Lübeck are within easy reach by car. In Dassow, I can highly recommend the Alte Sattlerei restaurant, as well as Steffen Henssler's Ahoi right by the ferry to Travemünde.
We had a very nice and relaxing holiday.

Great apartment!

A great apartment, which is more than adequately equipped. For children, there are toys, high chairs, travel cots, bed guards. We browsed through the travel guides, there are DVDs and books available. With the size of the apartment, a day for four people can easily be spent there, especially since the swimming pool can also be used.

Ein schöner Urlaub

We (3 adults and 2 children) spent wonderful days in Barendorf. The holiday apartment is comfortably furnished and the equipment is tasteful. The children especially liked the dress-up box and the magnetic game. Small issues (such as the wagon) were quickly and easily resolved. The children regularly use the playground. Thanks to the nice weather, we were able to spend several days at the beach, which is quiet and not crowded. Baden, digging in the sand, searching for shells, and flying kites provided variety. From the apartment, you can explore the surrounding area (Tiger Park, Wismar, Klütz, Travemünde, and Lübeck) nicely. We felt completely comfortable all around. We will definitely come back once. Great family vacation

We had a beautiful and relaxing time in Barendorf. The holiday apartment is very well equipped, tastefully furnished, and very well maintained. We didn't miss anything. The landlady is very friendly and gave tips on excursions and restaurants in advance, and we were surprised with a fresh bouquet of flowers upon our arrival. In bad weather, you could swim a few laps in the pool. It was a completely beautiful vacation and we will definitely come back!

Pure relaxation. No mass tourism.

Very tastefully furnished apartment, which is also very suitable for families with children. Many small helpful utensils (trash bags, scissors, tape).
Landlords respond quickly to inquiries and provide helpful tips.

Even a floral greeting during the stay! That makes you feel welcome.
The complex is very beautiful. Only in corona times, it is hardly possible to find a quiet time in the swimming pool, as it was used by large families at various times (even early in the morning and late at night). But that wasn't so bad, as we mostly had good weather.

We would love to come back!

In beautiful nature, close to the beach, swimming pool, sauna, large garden, near Travemünde.

The apartment is neat and very nicely furnished. Small kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. The bathroom is a bit small but sufficient.

The apartment has a very nice balcony. We felt very comfortable! We would advise against the bread service. Ordered and paid for 6 days, only received bread for 5 days. No apology or refund for the missing day. Too bad.

Nevertheless, it was a nice holiday. We can highly recommend the apartment.

It was a very beautiful property and modernly furnished. Everything needed was available on-site.
The pool and sauna were used extensively.
When the weather was not cooperating, we could cuddle up on the cozy large couch and read a book.

The location and the holiday apartment are an idyll of relaxation and peace without neglecting the fun for the little ones. Wonderful apartment!

We really enjoyed our unfortunately very short stay in Barendorf. The apartment is much nicer than the pictures suggest. Everything has been thought of. It is beautifully and lovingly furnished and not, as so often, cluttered with the worn-out furniture of the landlords. Mrs. Volkers is a very friendly, dear, and attentive landlord. On the day of arrival, we could even look forward to a fresh bouquet of flowers. There are plenty of parking spaces right in front of the house. Thanks to the key safe and door code, arrival is completely uncomplicated. The surrounding area is also very beautiful. Ideal for nature lovers. Very quiet and somewhat away from the hustle and bustle in Travemünde. The great, quiet natural beach is just under a 10-minute walk away. You'll find a large new EDEKA on Pirwall, which you can reach by car in 10 minutes. There is also a very tasty bakery there that is open on Sundays. We will be very happy to stay again in Barendorf on the Baltic Sea in this wonderful apartment.

Everything just fits here!

Lovingly furnished, very clean apartment. Just before Easter, there were even Easter decorations and a bouquet of fresh daffodils.
Huge garden, perfect for children! The 800 meters to the beach we quickly covered with our bikes.
The natural beach was a paradise for our dog!

The solution with the code access to the house/apartment that replaces the key is excellent. This way, you can swim in the sea with all family members without having to worry about your belongings and keys. Also, the arrival and departure are completely hassle-free, you can start on the departure day whenever you want, without any time loss due to key handover, etc. Very big praise!

If you are looking for relaxation and peace, this is the right place for you!

We will come back! The holiday apartment has everything you need, and there were even drinks in the fridge on the day of arrival. We used the on-site sauna (for a fee) and the pool every day. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The large garden area with barbecue hut and playground is inviting for both adults and children. The location was perfect for us and our four-legged friends. We were also lucky with the weather. It's a bit off the beaten path, but that also makes it quiet. By bike, you can reach the beach in about 10 minutes. 30 minutes in Priwall and can take the ferry to Travemünde from there. There you will find everything you need (restaurants, shopping opportunities). The natural, unguarded, sandy beach is within walking distance in about ten minutes. It is beautiful there and not overcrowded even in summer weather.

Cozy apartment, great residential complex

We really enjoyed our stay in the holiday apartment. There were great toys for our 2 children (1 and 5), and they had a lot of fun. The highlight was the handcart for our little one ;-) We adults loved the fantastic view and the opportunity to visit the swimming pool.

Schöne saubere Ferienwohnung

Very nice clean vacation rental with a large garden, playground, and much more. Great swimming pool... beautiful natural beach... Right nearby, a nice cafe where you can get delicious homemade cakes. However, for six people, it will probably be a bit tight. Nice landlords, everything worked out great. Thank you for the fridge with drinks and the trolley. Highly recommended bread delivery service. Quiet location, great for small children and also dogs. We had a lovely time here with our grandchild and dog. We will definitely come back.
