A large 2.5-room holiday flat with a beautiful sea view awaits you in a prime location,
directly on the beach of Binz:
The large, bright living room with TV, Wi-Fi and stereo system has a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc. as well as a comfortable dining area in the bay window with sea view
The furnished balcony with direct sea view is accessible from the living room.
In the spacious bedroom you have a double bed and a large wardrobe
In the loggia as a further "bedroom", the sofa bed can be used for up to two people if required (1m40 wide)
A cot and high chair are available free of charge, so that up to 4 people + a small child can stay overnight.
The beautiful, modern bathroom was renovated in 2019. It now has a toilet, shower and washbasin
A parking space in the garage at the house is already included in the price (lift garage, clear height 1m65, not suitable for oversized cars).
The holiday flat is on the mezzanine floor.
A lift is available in the house.
From May to September, you can use a beach chair on the beach free of charge.

The Villa Stranddistel with the holiday flat "Ostseeblick" is located in the 1st row directly on the fashionable beach promenade of Binz, directly on the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach on the island of Rügen. It is only a stone's throw to the centre and the pier. Numerous shopping facilities and good restaurants can be found near the holiday flat. We look forward to your visit!

Vacation on the Baltic Sea
Just taking a quick breath of sea air and back home again. The vacation was way too short, but it was good to be back here again.

lots of ocean view
We felt completely comfortable, despite being on the ground floor we had a great view of the sea and the beautiful balcony facing the sea was fantastic!

right by the water!
Normally we vacation in Italy - this year, due to the pandemic, on Rügen. And it was beautiful!
The house is located right on the beach, so it was totally relaxing with the children.
If it wasn't so far away, we would book again immediately ;) !

The whole family found space in this apartment, large kitchenette, and the children had their "own kingdom," great view of the icy Baltic Sea. We explored Binz entirely on foot and discovered great restaurants along the way.
