The apartment is located in the urbanization Bahia Azul, built in 2004 in Canarian style. The apartment on the ground floor, has a size of 60 sqm and is equipped with a south-facing terrace of 25 sqm and a garden. It has been individually and comfortably furnished by the owners. The apartment is located in the second row directly on the Atlantic, with a unique view over the entire bay of Poris de Abona to the lighthouse and the small fishing village.
The app. 47 has a LED TV, in which you can also receive German channels in addition to the Spanish programs. Bed linen and towels are provided. It has 1 bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed. The open kitchen with bar has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
The prices for the rental of the apartment depend on the main season (October to March) and low season (April to September) and on the number of people. The prices are per day including arrival and departure. Additional costs for pre- or (€ 50, -), do not apply to a rental from 14 days. The prices are complete prices. For long-term tenants (from 4 weeks) are favorable special prices. during the rental period against reimbursement may also be offered. In Poris de Abona you will not find any hotels, discos or big shopping arcades, but there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bank and some restaurants offering Canarian and international dishes. Similarly, one is in a few minutes at the bus stop from where you can drive every half hour to the north or south.
Poris de Abona is a beautiful spot, set in a bay surrounded by the blue sea, with the majestic Teide rising in the background.
