This is a spacious 1 bedroom holiday apartment that can easily accommodate 2 adults (separate bedroom) and 1 child on the bed-coach in the livingroom.
It is fully equipped for your needs on a self catering holiday. The kitchen has a full size oven and a washing machine is also provided.
The terrace benefits from morning sun and stays sunny for the majority of the day.
Sunbeds a table and chairs are provided for use on the terrace.
The complex has big swimming pools and is near by the sea.

Location and surroundings of object
The complex has big swimming pools and is near the sea.
The Atlantic View in the South of Tenerife, only 10 minutes from the airport Reina-Sofia Tenerife-Sur provides ideal surroundings for those looking for a relaxing holiday.
Costa del Silencio is a quiet and mainly residential area. There is no nightlife, (disco's etc.) but there are various bars and restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk.
The vibrant resorts of Los Christianos and Playa de las Americas are 15 minutes by car.
All the usual amenities are within walking distance, these include – car hire, chemists, internet café, a small shopping plaza, bank, cashpoint, etc.
A large supermarket (Hermusa) is 300 metres from the complex.
There is a seafront promenade walkway in front of the complex. 25 metres from the entrance are steps leading to seashore rock platforms for sunbathing or fishing, there are large rock pools teeming with fish and other marine life.

Pleasant and safe apartment
We spent four lovely weeks in this apartment. As mentioned in other reviews: everything needed for a longer stay is abundantly available. The sea is nearby and visible from the beautifully landscaped, sunny backyard. The supermarket and bus stops are also within a short walking distance. Our thanks to the friendly hostess, with whom we had contact several times!

Winter sun
Long-term tenants for several years.
We are happy to have the sun and the sea and the many nice hiking friends here.
We always enjoy coming to the holiday apartment.
There is everything needed for everyday life.
It is practically furnished.

Super holiday flat on a beautiful wild coast
This flat is equipped with everything you need. Very nice landlords who were also very accommodating because we were on La Gomera for a week in between
Questions were answered quickly via What's App
Near the apartment there is a rocky beach with a ladder into the sea. If you want a flat beach, go to Las Gallettas, 20-30 min walk
The flat is also well connected by bus
Supermarket in the immediate vicinity
