The interior of the villa is decorated in a modern and comfortable style, with all the necessary amenities for a carefree holiday. The ground floor consists of 1 bedroom, a fully equipment kitchen, a large living room with direct acces on large outdoor swiming pool. There are also two bathrooms. The modern open plan kitchen/dining/living area, has a large fireplace, ideal for lovely cosy family evenings. The living area has a direct access to the outdoor area and 60 m2 large pool. On ground floor is a play room with biliard and football table.
The first floor consists of 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and separate wardrobe room.
The second floor consist od 1 bedroom with seaparate beds with own living area, bathroom, small kitchen and balcony. The balcony offers a direct access to the balcony which offers a lovely panoramic view of the city and sea. There is plenty of space to spend around the large and inviting, pool to sunbathe and relax. The outdoor dining area, offers a place where you can enjoy your family evenings, trying out local dishes prepared on the BBQ.
Parking place for 3 cars are situated in the closed private yard.

Location and surroundings of object
Čimižin is part of the town of Porec, 600 m away from the Old town and 500 m from the sea. It is located north-east of the old town, and marked with a number of private houses. The first beach is just a walking distance away. Near the area, there are large supermarkets . The area is ideal for families who want a quiet holiday, away from city crowds, but still close to the city center. The area has a few small playgrounds for children, a bakery, car washes, pubs and several restaurants. Poreč is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sport's content and beautiful beaches.
