The villa is located only 300 m from the center of the town Savicenta. It consists of 7 rooms and the garden with swimming pool. The internal rooms are: - 3 double rooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - Living room - Kitchen - 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower and 1 separate wc - Terrace with garden furniture The kitchen is equipped with: 4 ring stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Additional equippement in the villa: internet access, SAT TV, DVD player, stereo, air conditioning, washing machine, safety deposit box, BBQ and tumble dryer. Pets are welcomed!

In the middle of South Istria on the road Pazin-Pula, on a rocky plateau surrounded by forests, meadows and vineyards, with its castle, churches and bell tower is located Sanvincenat. Rovinj and its beaches are only 20 kilometers away from the town. Savičenta is a small town with a few coffee bars, restaurants, pizza restaurants and mini markets. It host several summer cultural events.
