The house and apartments located in central city location, about 750-800m from the sea and from the city centre, in a quiet position, in dead end with no traffic, about 500-700m from supermarkets Lidl, Plodine, Billa and Kaufland.
The open-air market with fruits, vegetables, fish, etc. can be reached quickly. Even gas station, auto repair shop, hospital and sports centres in the immediate vicinity. Poreč area is an agricultural area; where olive oil and wine, are not only appreciated but a way of life culture.
Poreč and associated coastline are one of the most famous and most visited tourist regions along the Adriatic.
The town itself is rich in cultural and historical beauties. Oak and pine forests extend till the sea and beaches and at 37 km of coastline alternate many peninsulas and bays which invite you to relax.
The seawater is clean and the bathing season lasts from May to October.
