Description
House layout: 2 double bedrooms, each with a double bed, size 180x200 cm (each mattress 90x200 cm), each with air conditioning including integrated heating and additional adjustable electric heating panels, open kitchen with dishwasher and counter, living room (air conditioning with integrated heating), bathroom with large shower, adjustable electric heating panel. During the winter months, the open fireplace can also be used. There is an alarm system with emergency call activation (Securitas), Wi-Fi reception via satellite, washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. A crib and a high chair can be rented as well. You can park your car in the private garage upon agreement (it has a length of 4.80 m, width of 4.37 m, height of about 1.95 m).
Energy supply: Electricity, TV with satellite connection. Bringing a dog is only allowed after consultation for a long-term rental in winter. For a winter rental, it should be noted that the house lies in the mountain shadow during the months of December and January due to the lower position of the sun. Cancellation terms:

Experience of our first vacation in Denia
We can recommend the city without reservation. Kilometer-long beaches, good food, dreamy cocktail bars, everyone is very friendly, you feel safe, enough program for kids and much more. The house we rented was clean and well-maintained. We had a wonderful time there. Our vacation was filled with relaxing naps in the sun, refreshing dips in the pool, fun game afternoons in the shade with panoramic views of the sea, and many barbecue evenings followed by a digestive walk at the port of Denia and a relaxing end to the evening in one of the many trendy cocktail bars. It will certainly not be our last vacation in Denia... then surely again in this house.

wonderful holiday
We had a wonderful holiday in this house. Reservation procedure, care on arrival and departure were very good. The house is very quiet and offers a fantastic sea view. Everything is available in the house that is necessary for a relaxing holiday. We can recommend the house without exception.
