Description
Villa with pool at Pollensa Golf is set in a beautiful rural landscape, among olive and fruit orchards. It is very private.
It is a typical and tastefully decorated finca, and has all the amenities necessary for a comfortable holiday.
The kitchen and living room form the centre of the house. On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom with its own bathroom, and upstairs are two more double bedrooms and a second bathroom. The covered terrace, which includes a barbecue, is perfect for lunch or dinner with friends, and all around the house you will find comfortable areas to sit and relax.
Villa Reynes is located in a very peaceful area, surrounded by fields, trees and beautiful landscapes. The owners offer a variety of fresh fruit, vegetables and eggs that are sourced from land surrounding the finca.
It is just a five-minute drive into the town of Pollença and approximately 10-15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches.

Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 57 days before the day of arrival.
- The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation. In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
- If the tenant cancels this agreement more than 57 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 0 % of the agreed rental fee.
- If the tenant cancels this agreement between 56 and 29 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 15 % of the agreed rental fee.
- For a cancellation of this agreement less than 28 days, the tenant pays 95% of agreed rental fee. For a No Show the tenant pays 100 % of the rental fee.

Always nice
We had a wonderful vacation at Villa Reynes. It reminded me of the empty vacations I had with my parents in the 70s, the first time on Ibiza...
We relaxed a lot, the Reynes couple was as attentive as always. A big thank you to both of them - the situation is surely very difficult now. It always feels a little bit like coming home - very familiar. The relaxation starts immediately - and we really needed it after a long and exhausting time at work.

It was great again
We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Reynes again. Mallorca in October is simply fantastic and on our second visit to Villa Reynes we felt at home again from the first moment. The finca is very cosy, the kitchen is well equipped and the garden and pool with the beautiful view over the valley and the neighbouring gardens are simply wonderful. The weather could not have been better for hiking and swimming. We also liked that the very nice owners came twice a week to change the linen and clean the house. Great service. We will definitely come again.

Wie immer eine tolle Woche in Pollenca in der Finca Reynes. Erholung pur - bei unserer Ankunft gab es wieder frische Eier & Obst und ein warmes Willkommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen nächstes wieder! Ein Dankeschön an Ehepaar Reynes.

Wir waren bereits das 4. oder 5. Mal in der Finca Reynes - und fühlen uns jedes Mal sehr wohl. Das Ehepaar Reynes sorgt liebevoll für Haus & Grundstück, alles ist sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen wieder!
