In detail | Can Torrentet is situated about 3 km from Pollensa (5 minutes by car). Like a small 'oasis', this comfortable little country house for up to 4 people is nestled in a 6,000 m2 rural finca plot, charming and in touch with nature.
A modern iron gate gives access to the house in the midst of a wonderfully natural landscape. As you enter the house from the private parking area, you will see the fully equipped terrace and the 8 x 4m pool below, surrounded by a sun terrace with wooden decking, in the middle of the beautifully overgrown garden with autochthonous plants. There are 4 sun loungers and a parasol by the pool. The covered terrace area has a dining table with seating for up to 4 people, a Weber outdoor barbecue for charcoal and a comfortable sofa set. Here you will also find the entrance to the house, in front of you and to the right is the dining area with seating for up to 4 people, as well as the living room area with two comfortable sofas, and to the left is the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen, dining and living room areas are all in one room. At the level of the living area, a small corridor leads to the bedroom with two beds. Furthermore, the bathroom with shower is located here. Also from the living area, a staircase leads to the open gallery, where there is a double bed. From the gallery there is a tiny walk-out balcony with a small round table and two chairs, an ideal place for the first coffee or tea of the day. Can Torrentet has air-conditioning in the upstairs bedroom, the downstairs bedroom has a fan, and there is further air-conditioning in the dining-living area. Furthermore, the house has free internet WLan. This finca is a cosy and comfortable little country house for people who love to spend time in nature.

Can Torrentet is beautifully situated in a natural landscape. The pretty town of Pollensa at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains is a five-minute drive away. The beaches of the area, such as the bay of Cala Sant Vicenç, the beach of Port de Pollença, or Playa de Muro with its kilometre-long beach are also 10 km away and suitable for long beach runs.

The area around Pollensa is one of the most popular areas on the island. The combination of sea, mountains and rural landscape is unique. The pretty town of Pollença at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains also has a lot to offer, nice café bars, restaurants, museums, art galleries or simply stroll through the typical southern alleys of the town and let the architecture and charm of the island take effect on you. The municipality of Pollensa also includes the bay of Cala Sant Vicenç with turquoise blue sea water, there you can swim beautifully, the water crystal clear and refreshing. Water sports such as kayaking or stand-up paddle are also available when the sea is calm. Port de Pollença is the harbour of Pollença, great restaurants, shops and a fantastic beach promenade that invites you to stroll.
The enclave of Formentor is another highlight of the area, a beautiful bay in the north of Mallorca towards Cap Formentor. The bay and the beach invite you to spend a day at the beach with a picnic.
