Description
The comfort holiday flat on offer in Deichstrasse is located in the beautiful North Sea resort of Carolinensiel, directly on the North Sea coast. It is a self-contained half of a four-family house, which is available to you on 2 floors.
It is modern, bright and equipped to a high standard. Electric shutters are installed on most of the windows. The size of the flat is 75 m².
The large living-dining room on the ground floor has an exit to the terrace. This is equipped with garden furniture. Television 55" (satellite reception) and radio are available in the living room.
The kitchen is integrated in the living-dining area. It is fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, egg boiler, dishwasher, hand blender, hand blender, Senseo coffee maker, coffee maker with thermos jug, etc
On the ground floor there is a WC with ground-level shower and towel heating basket, as well as a separate storage room with ironing board, iron, clothes horse, hoover, etc.
Upstairs are the master bedroom (double bed) with large wardrobe, and a second bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, desk and TV 32" (no satellite connection) with DVD/Blu-ray player and USB connection. The cottage has a total of five beds, all equipped with 7-zone orthopaedic mattresses. There is also a bathroom with a ground-level shower, WC and washing machine.
The flat has its own parking space at the house and a lockable room for bicycles, trolleys etc.
Out of consideration for other guests, smoking is not allowed in the house. We ask for your understanding.

Location and surroundings of object
The Haus des Gastes and the Cliner Quelle spa centre are nearby. The beach at Harlesiel marina is about 1.5 km away
From Carolinensiel harbour there is a boat (paddle steamer) to Harlesiel and back several times a day. In the village there are several restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, post office, banks, pharmacy, doctors, petrol station, bicycle rental, and much more.
For recreation besides the beautiful North Sea weather, there are:
The sandy beach, beach chairs, the heated seawater outdoor swimming pool, children's playgrounds, mini golf and pedal boats. The Haus des Gastes (Cliner Quelle) with 30 degree brine bath, 4 saunas, solarium, the Junior Toll for children, a wellness and beauty area for pampering, spa facilities and many cultural harbour Carolinensiel-Harlesiel you can take a day trip to Wangerooge or Seehundsbänke.

It was perfect for me in every way!
It started with a nice conversation with the owner during the inquiry.
The house is located on a side street by the old dyke, nice and quiet!
I immediately felt comfortable in the apartment (house), like at home, really great.
The service was also great, a short call from Wittmund, met with the property management on-site 15 minutes later, everything was explained... was also available in-between... gave a brief notice during departure via message... everything perfect... thank you very much.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
The holiday home is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing. Everything is very beautiful and high quality. The contact with the owners and managers was very pleasant. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back.
