Description
The beautiful, detached holiday home "Park en Landzicht" is located in a small private holiday park on the edge of the Boswachterij Westerschouwen forest area. The wide beaches, the expansive dune landscape, and cozy restaurants are within easy walking distance. In the spacious, 1,100 m² garden, you can enjoy the long summer evenings in one of the comfortable seating areas after a wonderful day at the beach. Please note: Construction work is currently taking place in the vicinity of the holiday home. Therefore, there may occasionally be construction activities and associated noise on weekdays.
The holiday home is particularly tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. In the cozy living area, a gas fireplace creates a pleasant atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi and digital television with a selection of domestic and foreign channels are also available. Through the patio doors you enter the spacious garden with terrace and various seating areas. Of course, a grill is also available for your use.
The spacious kitchen-living room with a large dining table for 8 people invites you to enjoy extensive meals and sociable evenings. The kitchen offers every comfort and is equipped, among other things, with an induction hob with oven/grill, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a microwave. Directly adjacent to the living kitchen is a bedroom with two single box-spring beds. This bedroom has its own bathroom with a rain shower, washbasin, and toilet.
Upstairs there are three more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The other two bedrooms are each furnished with two single box-spring beds. There is ample storage space. The modern bathroom has a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. On the ground floor there is also a separate WC as well as a spacious utility room with washing machine and dryer.
The holiday home is heated with central heating. Parking for two cars is available on the private property. In the garden there is a storage room where you can, for example, store your bicycles. A supermarket, where you can do your daily shopping during the season, is within easy walking distance. "Park en Landzicht" is a comfortable and atmospheric starting point for a stay on the Zeeland coast – with beach, dunes, nature, and gastronomy in the immediate vicinity.

Location and surroundings of object
The beach, the nature reserve "Boswachterij Westerschouwen" (the largest forest of Zeeland) with the new "climbing forest" and numerous cozy restaurants are within walking distance. The extensive dune landscape in the immediate vicinity is suitable for wonderful hiking and cycling trips. Also water sports are here at the right address. Numerous places such as Burgh-Haamstede, Veere, Middelburg and Zierikzee are definitely worth a visit. Westenschouwen is a small, quiet place on the island Schouwen-Duiveland.
Beach cabins can be rented.
The "Delta Works" with the "Deltapark Neeltje Jans" are only 1 kilometer away.
