Description

The magnificent, detached house "Park and Landzicht" is located in a small, quiet private park on the edge of the forestry Westerschouwen. The wide beaches, the extensive dune landscape and the cozy restaurants are all within walking distance. In the large garden of 1100 m2 you can enjoy the long summer evenings after a day at the beach in the warmth of the fire basket.

This house is very tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. In the cozy sitting area you have a cozy gas fireplace. The house offers free Wi-Fi and a digital TV with many German channels. Through the swing doors you enter the large garden with terrace and several sitting areas. Of course there is a barbecue.

The kitchen, with a large dining table for 8 people, invites you to extensive dinners and cozy evenings. The kitchen offers all the comforts you need, including a 4 burner gas cooker with oven / grill, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer and a microwave.

On the first floor are the three bedrooms. In the master bedroom you will find a double bed (180x200). The other bedrooms both have two single beds (box spring). There is enough storage space. The modern bathroom has a shower, bathroom furniture and a toilet. The ground floor has a separate toilet and a large laundry room with washer and dryer.

The house is centrally heated. You can park on your own premises. In the garden is a garden shed, where you can park your bicycles, for example. For your daily shopping, there is a supermarket within walking distance, which is open in the season.

Location and surroundings of object

The beach, the nature reserve "Boswachterij Westerschouwen" (the largest forest of Zeeland) with the new "climbing forest" and numerous cozy restaurants are within walking distance. The extensive dune landscape in the immediate vicinity is suitable for wonderful hiking and cycling trips. Also water sports are here at the right address. Numerous places such as Burgh-Haamstede, Veere, Middelburg and Zierikzee are definitely worth a visit. Westenschouwen is a small, quiet place on the island Schouwen-Duiveland.

Beach cabins can be rented.

The "Delta Works" with the "Deltapark Neeltje Jans" are only 1 kilometer away.
