The magnificent, newly built house "Van Hout" is located in a small, quiet private park on the edge of the forestry Westerschouwen. By using many natural materials, the house fits perfectly into its surroundings. The wide beaches, the extensive dune landscape and the cozy restaurants are all within walking distance. In the sunny garden you can enjoy the long summer evenings after a day at the beach.
In the very tastefully decorated, bright living room there is a comfortable sitting area with corner couch and two armchairs. The house has free Wi-Fi and SMART TV, where you can receive, among other things, NETFLIX (through your own account) and a variety of other channels. Through the sliding door in the living room you enter the sunny terrace with garden group and sunbeds. Of course, there is also a barbecue to finish the day in style.
In the new open kitchen - with a bar for 3 people - you can enjoy long meals and spend cozy evenings with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The adjacent dining area can accommodate 6 people.
Through the spacious hallway you enter the master bedroom with 2 luxury single box spring beds (90x210). The adjoining bathroom has a shower and sink. In the hallway there is a separate toilet.
On the second floor are the other two spacious bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with two luxury box spring single beds (90x200) and enough wardrobes. On this floor you will find an additional bathroom with shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet.
The cottage is centrally heated. You can park on your own property. A washing machine is available. For your daily shopping there is a supermarket within walking distance, which is open in season.
"Van Hout" is the perfect starting point for a vacation on the Zeeland coast!

The beach, the nature reserve "Boswachterij Westerschouwen" (the largest forest in Zeeland) with the new "Climbing Forest" and numerous, cozy restaurants are within walking distance. The extensive dune landscape in the immediate vicinity is suitable for splendid hiking and biking trips. Water sports enthusiasts are also at the right address here. Numerous towns such as Burgh-Haamstede, Veere, Middelburg and Zierikzee are certainly worth a visit. Westenschouwen is a small, quiet town on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland.
Beach cabins are available for rent.
The "Deltawerke" with the "Deltapark Neeltje Jans" are only 1 kilometer away.
