In a beautiful location in Westenschouwen, right next to the forest area and only a few minutes’ walk from the beach, lies De Zonnehoek – a detached holiday home where nature, space, and comfort harmoniously come together. The location between forest and sea makes this house an ideal starting point for a stay on the Zeeland coast.
The house features a spacious garden with plenty of privacy as well as a sunny terrace with comfortable garden furniture. Here you spend long days outdoors, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. A grill is available in the garden. Parking is possible directly at the house.
Inside, the house is atmospherically furnished. The living room with fireplace and digital TV is perfect for long evenings. The cozy winter garden with a comfortable armchair is a lovely place for a cup of coffee or a good book. Thanks to underfloor heating and central heating, it is pleasant throughout the house all year round. The open kitchen is fully equipped. The adjoining dining area offers space for six people.
Upstairs there are three comfortable bedrooms with new single box spring beds and ample storage space. The house has two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with shower, toilet and double washbasin, and another upstairs with shower, washbasin and toilet.
The surroundings also contribute to a pleasant stay. In Westenschouwen you will find various cozy restaurants, beach pavilions, and a supermarket that is open during the season. The wide North Sea beach is about one kilometer away, and the beautiful Westerschouwen forest area begins right at the doorstep.
