Excellent guest house in the middle of the large Mediterranean garden, in a quiet location and
only 150 m through the park to Paradiessandstrand. Restaurants, cafes, packing and shops
can also be reached within 150 meters. Ideal for your pleasant family vacation.
Our tasteful house has several apartments
for 2 - 5 people, with one or two bedrooms and one or two
Bathroom.
All apartments have air conditioning, satellite TV, hairdryer, wi-fi internet and
a balcony - loggia or terrace with stunning sea views or panoramic views.
Our shady, paved parking lot is in front of the house entrance.
A beautiful courtyard, garden terraces in the shade figs and olives,
Orchard and our beautiful organic garden; that is a "paradise" for yours
unforgettable holiday.
For that, many of our guests come for years and enjoy this
"Paradise" and the cheerful family atmosphere.

Well-known, kilometers long paradise beach, with the shallow sea and warm sand is a paradise for children and adults, to laze, swim or snorkel. On the beach there are various offers such. B: restaurants, cocktail bars, massage, sun beds and umbrellas for rent. Our house (with cozy apartments) is only 150m away by park from the beach.
All beaches and beautiful secluded coves are within easy walking distance of our house and are waiting to be discovered by them.
Numerous excellent restaurants, pizzerias, cafes and shops are within 200 meters of the area.
Resort Lopar
Lopar is a popular holiday resort on the island of Rab, with its diverse bays and 22 unique sandy beaches, including 3 nudist beaches (Stolac, Sahara and Gypsy) ... ideal for a pleasant family holiday ..
Here you will also find many small, secluded coves, where you can relax with family or just a couple in silence, only with the sea.
Many hiking trails, bike paths through incredible nature, with lots of contrasts, stunning views of the sea and other Kvarner island make Lopar an attractive destination, even for an active holiday. The best time to discover and experience island beauty is May, June and September.

There are many sports activities along the beach and on the sea: diving (diving school), miniature golf, tennis, jet-sky, parasailing, water slide, paddle boats, rent-a-boat, fishing and much more ...

From Lopar many day trips are organized by boat: sightseeing or panorama, where you can often meet dolphins living in the Kvarner bay.

Super holiday accommodation!
I had a short but very relaxing vacation despite initial difficulties.
The holiday home run by Katica and Boris was very clean, appealing in its furnishings, and the property was well-maintained. Katica and Boris are very warm hosts, and any problems, regardless of their nature, were always addressed quickly and solution-oriented.
My vacation started with obstacles, so I considered quitting halfway, but Katica quickly had a solution ready. Incredible, although we only knew each other from the registration!
Here you can really vacation in a family environment without feeling constrained in any way.
Shopping options and restaurants are nearby, as well as 2 sandy beaches that were very clean.
The holiday apartment was large and had everything for self-catering.
. . And then there are the homemade delicacies from the garden, which were a special highlight for me :)
So I will definitely come back and can only recommend this holiday home! !

Incredibly beautiful!!!
We had an absolutely dreamy stay in Lopar! The apartment was a real stroke of luck! It was spotless, simply furnished, and the amenities left nothing to be desired. The fantastic sea view from the balcony and the breathtaking sunsets every evening were particularly special. However, a truly super HIGHLIGHT were the hosts!!!! They were incredibly warm, hospitable, we were always provided with fresh vegetables from their own garden, and from the very first minute, it felt like we had known each other forever! The location is perfect: it’s just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and supermarkets as well as great restaurants are easily reachable on foot. We felt at home from the very first moment and are grateful to Katica and Boris for everything. An absolute recommendation to have a relaxing vacation with them. We will come back!

VACATION, Rab, Lopar...
We are completely thrilled with our vacation home!
It was already the second time that we booked an apartment with these warm and extremely helpful hosts in Lopar – and certainly not the last.
The house is located in a lovingly maintained garden with fresh vegetables and fruits, which guests are allowed to help themselves to. The apartments are thoroughly cleaned every three days, so you always feel comfortable. Our apartment offered two cozy bedrooms with balconies, two modern bathrooms with toilets, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. Microwave, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, dishes – everything is really there. Each bedroom also has air conditioning and a television.
In the immediate vicinity, there is a shop and numerous inviting restaurants. The sea is only about 250–300 meters away, the beach is wide, clean, and ideal for families with children.
A perfect place for a relaxing and carefree holiday – we will definitely come back!

Das Feriendomizil das von Katica und Boris geführt wird war sehr sauber, ansprechend in der Einrichtung und die Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Katica und Boris sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber und auf Probleme, egal welcher Art, wurde immer schnell und lösungsorientiert gehandelt.
Mein Urlaub fing mit Hindernissen an sodass ich überlegt habe auf halber Strecke abzubrechen, aber Katica hatte schnell eine Lösung parat.. Unglaublich, obwohl wir uns nur von der Anmeldung kannten!
Hier kann man wirklich im familiären Umfeld Urlaub machen, ohne auf irgendeine Weise eingeengt zu werden.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe, ebenso wie 2 Sandstrände die sehr sauber waren.
Die Ferienwohnung war groß und hatte alles für eine Selbstversorgung.
.. Und dann gibt es noch die selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten aus dem eigenen Garten, die waren für mich nochmal ein Highlight besonderer Art :)
Also ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann dieses Feriendomizil nur weiterempfehlen!!

Es war bereits das zweite Mal, dass wir bei diesen herzlichen und äußerst hilfsbereiten Gastgebern in Lopar ein Apartment gebucht haben – und sicher nicht das letzte.
Das Haus liegt in einem liebevoll gepflegten Garten mit frischem Gemüse und Obst, an dem sich die Gäste bedienen dürfen. Die Apartments werden alle drei Tage gründlich gereinigt, sodass man sich stets wohlfühlt.
Unsere Wohnung bot zwei gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit Balkonen, zwei moderne Badezimmer mit Toiletten sowie eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Essbereich. Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Geschirr – es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. In jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es zudem eine Klimaanlage und einen Fernseher.
In unmittelbarer Nähe findet man ein Geschäft und zahlreiche einladende Restaurants. Das Meer ist nur etwa 250–300 Meter entfernt, der Strand breit, sauber und ideal für Familien mit Kindern.
Ein perfekter Ort für einen erholsamen und unbeschwerten Urlaub – wir kommen garantiert wieder!
Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen besitzen diese Wohnungen. Wenn es Fragen gibt, sie helfen gerne.
Es gibt in der Appartements alles , was man braucht. Und alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Strand ist auch in der Nähe. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Daneben gibt es Park, wo kann man spazieren gehen und die Natur genießen.
Wir wünschen Katica und Boris nur alles gute und liebe.
Die Wohnungen sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und sehr sauber. Den Strand einer weitgezogene, sehr flache Bucht mit klarem Wasser erreicht man problemlos in 5 bis 6 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Lage der Pension ist ruhig, es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie auch Bäckereien und eine Apotheke, die sehr schnell erreichbar sind. Parkplätze sind vor der Pension Katica ausreichend vorhanden.
Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub und zu empfehlen für Sonnenhungrige mit und ohne Kinder!
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und nett. Sie haben uns oft von ihrem Bio Garten etwas vorbeigebracht, eine schöne Aussenanlage.Sie standen uns immer zur Verfügung, wenn wir Fragen hatten und waren immer hilfsbereit.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich, nach drei Tagen wurde die Wohnung geputzt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Die Lage ist top mit kurzen Wegen zu Stränden und zum Zentrum.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Katica & Boris sind zwei sehr liebevolle sowie hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben hier wirklich Freunde gefunden die den Urlaub auf dieser schönen Insel noch perfekter machen.

Zwei ganz tolle Menschen, liebevoll und nett, sowie hilfsbereit für alle Probleme.
Durch eine zufällige Stornierung hatten Katica und ihr Mann Boris die perfekte Unterkunft für uns 4 ( 2 Erwachsende und 2 Kinder).
Eine tolle Unterkunft, der Strand zu Fuß erreichbar, jede Menge Restaurants rundherum und eine Flaniermaile machen aber noch nicht einen Familienurlaub perfekt, dafür haben nämlich Katica und Boris gesorgt. Sie sind sympatisch, herzlich, zuvorkommend, interessant, humorvoll uvm. Wir haben sie gerne um uns gehabt und ins Herz geschlossen.
Falls wir 2019 wieder Urlaub in Lopar machen, werden wir mit Sicherheit buchen, und zwar bei Katica und Boris!

Katica und Boris sind viel mehr als nur gastfreundlich, sie kümmern sich wirklich komplett um euch! Hier fehlt es an nichts, toller Garten, tolle Zimmer und vor allem alles sehr sauber und das Ein oder Andere Gläschen am Abend zusammen! Hier schließt man wirklich auch Freundschaft und wir werden definitiv öfter wiederkommen! Ich kann nur empfehlen die großen Hotelanlagen beiseite zu schieben und solche Pensionen mit hervorragenden Gastgebern zu unterstützen!
