Description
Excellent guest house in the middle of the large Mediterranean garden, in a quiet location and
only 150 m through the park to Paradiessandstrand. Restaurants, cafes, packing and shops
can also be reached within 150 meters. Ideal for your pleasant family vacation.
Our tasteful house has several apartments
for 2 - 5 people, with one or two bedrooms and one or two
Bathroom.
All apartments have air conditioning, satellite TV, hairdryer, wi-fi internet and
a balcony - loggia or terrace with stunning sea views or panoramic views.
Our shady, paved parking lot is in front of the house entrance.
A beautiful courtyard, garden terraces in the shade figs and olives,
Orchard and our beautiful organic garden; that is a "paradise" for yours
unforgettable holiday.
For that, many of our guests come for years and enjoy this
"Paradise" and the cheerful family atmosphere.

Well-known, kilometers long paradise beach, with the shallow sea and warm sand is a paradise for children and adults, to laze, swim or snorkel. On the beach there are various offers such. B: restaurants, cocktail bars, massage, sun beds and umbrellas for rent. Our house (with cozy apartments) is only 150m away by park from the beach.
All beaches and beautiful secluded coves are within easy walking distance of our house and are waiting to be discovered by them.
Numerous excellent restaurants, pizzerias, cafes and shops are within 200 meters of the area.
Resort Lopar
Lopar is a popular holiday resort on the island of Rab, with its diverse bays and 22 unique sandy beaches, including 3 nudist beaches (Stolac, Sahara and Gypsy) ... ideal for a pleasant family holiday ..
Here you will also find many small, secluded coves, where you can relax with family or just a couple in silence, only with the sea.
Many hiking trails, bike paths through incredible nature, with lots of contrasts, stunning views of the sea and other Kvarner island make Lopar an attractive destination, even for an active holiday. The best time to discover and experience island beauty is May, June and September.

There are many sports activities along the beach and on the sea: diving (diving school), miniature golf, tennis, jet-sky, parasailing, water slide, paddle boats, rent-a-boat, fishing and much more ...

From Lopar many day trips are organized by boat: sightseeing or panorama, where you can often meet dolphins living in the Kvarner bay.

VACATION, Rab, Lopar...
We are completely thrilled with our vacation home!
It was already the second time that we booked an apartment with these warm and extremely helpful hosts in Lopar – and certainly not the last.
The house is located in a lovingly maintained garden with fresh vegetables and fruits, which guests are allowed to help themselves to. The apartments are thoroughly cleaned every three days, so you always feel comfortable. Our apartment offered two cozy bedrooms with balconies, two modern bathrooms with toilets, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. Microwave, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, dishes – everything is really there. Each bedroom also has air conditioning and a television.
In the immediate vicinity, there is a shop and numerous inviting restaurants. The sea is only about 250–300 meters away, the beach is wide, clean, and ideal for families with children.
A perfect place for a relaxing and carefree holiday – we will definitely come back!

Very relaxing vacation
At Mrs. Katica's, it was very nice, cozy, and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful people own these apartments. If there are questions, they are happy to help. The apartments have everything one needs. And everything is very clean and well-maintained. The beach is also nearby. You can reach everything on foot. Next to it, there is a park where you can take a walk and enjoy nature. We wish Katica and Boris only the best and love.

Beach Vacation
Vacation at Katica and Boris is always associated with warmth; it feels like coming home. The guesthouse is clean, has everything you need for a vacation, and if something is missing, just ask and help will be provided. We enjoyed our vacation; Katica always brought us tomatoes from the garden for breakfast. We can highly recommend the guesthouse because vacationing with Katica and Boris is very nice.

Relaxing and familiar
We received a very warm welcome at Pension Katica. Special wishes were catered for directly, and a very familiar and friendly atmosphere is emphasised
The flats are equipped with everything you need and are very clean. The beach of a wide, very shallow bay with clear water can easily be reached on foot in 5 to 6 minutes. The location of the pension is quiet, there are numerous restaurants and shopping facilities, as well as bakeries and a pharmacy, which can be reached very quickly. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the Katica guesthouse.
A very relaxing holiday and recommended for sun-seekers with and without children!

Beautiful holiday and a great stay
This is the third time we have been to Lopar, but the first time with Katica and Boris. It is highly recommended!
The hosts are very friendly and kind. They often brought us something from their organic garden, a beautiful outdoor area. They were always available when we had questions and were always helpful.
The flat was very clean and comfortable, after three days the flat was cleaned and the towels changed. The location is top with short distances to beaches and the centre.
We will be happy to come back!
