Modern, comfortable, cosy - that's Katy's Kajüte
The holiday flat is in a quiet, central location in Greetsiel. The village centre is approx. 500 m away, the nearest bakery and supermarket approx. 250 m.
The upper floor flat for up to 3 adults plus a small child has been furnished to a high standard and with great attention to detail. Here you will find everything you need for a beautiful, relaxing holiday.
To make you feel comfortable, regular modernisations are a matter of course for us
Take a little tour of Katy's Kajüte: From the bright living/dining area with fully equipped kitchenette, you can access the sunny balcony (south/west), where you can relax in the fresh North Sea air.
In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed (1.80x2.00m) with extra-high mattresses
The adjoining 2nd bedroom is equipped with a single bed (0.90x2.00m) with a high-quality mattress as well.
Both bedrooms have insect screens and blackout curtains.
In addition: walk-in wardrobe, modern shower room with heated towel rail, free WLAN use.
Own parking space and own lockable outdoor storage room (with electricity) for bicycles, prams, etc.
Various books, CDs, DVDs and games are available for your entertainment.
Non-smoking flat (smoking is allowed on the balcony) / no pets!
The rental contract is concluded via our rental service. Our rental service is on site and will also personally welcome and look after you during your holiday.

In Greetsiel and the surrounding area you can relax, but also be active. Greetsiel is an excellent starting point for exciting day trips. Whether on foot, by bike, by car or by boat. Explore the typical East Frisian surroundings in your own way.
The East Frisian Islands are practically on your doorstep. Ferries depart from Emden and Norddeich to Borkum, Juist and Norderney, among others. In summer, excursion boats leave directly from Greetsiel harbour. You can comfortably explore the surrounding villages by bike along numerous country lanes and dike roads.
A wide range of restaurants, tea rooms, cafés and shopping facilities round off your holiday. You will certainly get your money's worth here in terms of culinary delights. Enjoy the varied offer

Cancellation terms:

If we succeed in re-renting the property, 20% of the original rental fee will be charged as a fixed cost.

Feel-good vacation
Anytime again!
The apartment was super clean and very well equipped.
It is wonderfully quiet, yet you can walk to the town center in a few minutes.
We also thought the walk-in closet was great.
We felt completely comfortable and have already made another inquiry.

It just all fit.
The vacation rental was handed over to us clean and uncomplicated. The layout was perfect for us, the walk-in closet is simply great! Just around the corner there is a large Edeka, a general practitioner, a pharmacy, and some restaurants. You can reach the "center" within 10 minutes, if you dawdle. From Greetsiel, a ferry to Norderney also runs once a week, but BEWARE, it takes almost 3 hours. It was a successful vacation for us!

Everything great
It is a small holiday flat for 2 to 3 people.
It has everything you could wish for, the kitchen has everything you need to cook for your family, even utensils that are not normally available, such as a whisk and a magic wand.
Everything is super clean, bathroom, fridge, beds, everything is tip-top.
We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the furnishings of the flat, there are little accessories everywhere that really appeal
In a nutshell, we recommend the accommodation at least 100%

Peace and contentment
We spent a wonderful 10-day vacation in Greetsiel and in Katy's cabin. The apartment is very nice, clean, and quiet. Everything you need is available, even a small collection of recipes for 2 people. Everything is designed with great attention to detail, and you feel comfortable right away. The reception was very warm, and all necessary information about the place or the accommodation was explained. We will gladly come back again :)
