Welcome to the north of Texel! Discover our cozy holiday home of approx. 90m², which offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. The house is located in the beautiful holiday park -Villapark Residentie Texel- and is managed by the holiday complex de Krim. You will find three bedrooms here – perfect for families or friends who want to spend time together. The property is not visible from the street and offers plenty of privacy. The well-equipped, open kitchen invites you to cook together, while the living room with fireplace ensures cozy evenings. You can enjoy breakfast in the morning on the south-facing terrace. In the evening, after a long bike ride or a day at the beach, you can end the day there.
The house is non-smoking and pet-free. For the children, there is a swing, books, and games so that it never gets boring, even on rainy days.
The large, approx. 580 large garden is ideal for soaking up the sun, relaxing, or playing outside. You will also always find a shady spot if the sun gets too strong. Experience the peace and beauty of Texel in our charming holiday home – we look forward to your visit!

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in the north of the island of Texel near the village of De Cocksdorp, the northernmost place on the island. It is managed through the holiday park De Krim.
By bicycle you can quickly reach the beach Paal 28, the lighthouse, the nature reserve De Slufter, and the village of De Cocksdorp. Here you will find various restaurants, a bakery, and a large supermarket. In the holiday park itself you will find a swimming pool with indoor and outdoor areas and various slides, a climbing park, an indoor playground, a small supermarket, and different restaurants.
There are several small playgrounds distributed throughout the park grounds.
At the edge of the park is the golf course (9 or 18 holes). Here you can book lessons (individual or group) to explore the game of golf. The 9-hole course can also be played without a license. Guests of the holiday resort receive a 30% discount on the Green Fee price.
The well-equipped holiday park offers:

Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.

We were two couples staying in your holiday home and felt very comfortable. The amenities were excellent. Unfortunately, the weather was mixed, so we could only use our bikes on one day.

Very nice holiday home, family-friendly
We felt very comfortable in the holiday home with six people. Very nice layout with two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms on both the ground floor and the upper floor. Also, the location in the relatively large holiday complex is optimal at the end of a cul-de-sac with a large, not visible garden, so you have a lot of privacy.
The holiday complex is well maintained and offers a swimming pool, restaurants, and shopping facilities.

A great stay
We felt very comfortable in the holiday home. It was beautifully clean and well equipped. The children were very happy about the books and games on site and the swing in the garden was of course a highlight :-)
The garden is large and well kept and not visible. You have wonderful peace and quiet and are visited by a few seagulls at most
The bathrooms are modern and spacious, especially on the ground floor. We also found it great that there is a washing machine, because with children it can easily happen that the laundry you brought with you gets soaked and you have to wash it quickly
The house is wonderfully suitable for families. The spiral staircase can be locked at the top to protect it from children. The garden, however, is open and has no lockable gate. However, the house is the last one in a small cul-de-sac and really quiet

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Apart from the fickle weather, everything else was great. A fully equipped holiday home, excellent bread service, and a fantastic location at the end of the property. The only downside: the lack of signage at the last two forks, we searched quite a bit. We can only recommend the house, perfect for children.

Heerlijke vakantie
I was here with my children and grandchild. The cottage is definitely recommended. Ample sleeping arrangements for six people, the kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen equipment, two showers, and toilets. Everything was very neat.
Although the cottage is located in a holiday park, there is enough privacy and peace.
We will definitely come back here.
