The apartment house, built in 2005, borders directly on the beach promenade and has direct beach access
Our modern flat 8 with 62 sqm living space is located on the first floor of the 2-storey house and offers space for 4 people. From the flat you have a direct view of the Baltic Sea and the beach promenade directly adjacent to the house. A lift takes you from your underground parking space to the flat.
In the spacious living room you will find a sofa and an armchair. The sofa can easily be converted into a bed for 2 people. In addition to plisee blinds for privacy protection, there are also blackout curtains. For your entertainment you will find a satellite HD flat screen TV and a hi-fi system with CD player.
From the living room you can reach the 14 sqm balcony through a large sliding door, where you have sunshine from morning to afternoon. From here you have a direct view of the Baltic Sea and the promenade a few metres away. Table and chairs for 4 people are at your disposal.
From the dining area you can enjoy a direct view of the promenade and the adjacent Baltic Sea.
In the complete kitchenette you will find a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob with extractor bonnet as well as sufficient crockery.
The bedroom has a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), as well as a walk-in wardrobe separated by a sliding door. A 32' flat screen TV completes the bedroom equipment. Blackout curtains are also available.
The spacious bathroom with shower and large washstand has a window to the balcony. Hairdryer and make-up mirror complete the bathroom equipment.
All windows have insect screens on the outside, the bathroom has pleated blinds on the inside. The floor of the flat is completely tiled.
There is a parking space in the basement for the car. The entrance to the underground car park is heated for winter arrival. From the underground car park you can reach all apartment levels by lift. You can store your bicycles in a lockable bicycle cellar
A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are located separately on the ground floor.
Wi-Fi access is included in the rent.

Everything is very good, only one deficiency...
As a review: Really everything was really good! As information for you: The living room couch has obviously been damaged by an improperly executed "pull-out maneuver". We were not the cause of this damage, as we did not use the couch as a sleeping place (we were only two people). Nevertheless, I would like to inform you about this defect. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo of it. But at least I informed the company TSU about this defect in writing on the evaluation form.

Das Problem mit dem Auszugsmechanismus des Sofas ist uns schon bekannt. Da es sich um einen Schaden handelt der unter die Garantie fällt, warten wir noch auf den Reparaturservice des Möbelhauses.

A place to feel comfortable
The two of us had a great time in this really nice apartment. We were already pleased with the practical underground parking and the large bicycle storage room upon arrival. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was wonderfully quiet at night, with only a faint sound of the sea when the window was open. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, from a peeler to two coffee machines (pods and filter machine), dessert bowls, microwave, etc. Thoughtfully and lovingly equipped.
A highlight is the walk-in wardrobe and the large balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea, which is only 2 minutes away on foot.
The beach promenade right outside the door offers everything your heart desires.
We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Relaxation in a beautiful apartment
The apartment is beautifully and cozily furnished. You can immediately feel "at home" here.
There is nothing missing in the kitchenette.
The beds have good mattresses. Everything in the apartment was spotlessly clean.
All in all, a great accommodation. We will definitely come back. The owner of the apartment is very friendly.

Urlaub auf Usedom
First of all, thank you very much for the gift, which we appreciated. We had a nice holiday in the vacation rental, where almost everything was perfect. The weather, location, house, elevator, underground garage, and beach chair were great. The only things missing were hangers and the living room furniture was quite worn, and the dogs from the other ground floor apartments were not great. The cleanliness of the apartment was limited. Yes, we would recommend it, as well as consider coming back. Best regards from Hannover.
