Description

The apartment house, built in 2005, borders directly on the beach promenade and has direct beach access

Our modern flat 16 with 74 sqm living space is located on the top floor (2nd floor) and offers space for 4 people. From the flat you have a direct view of the Baltic Sea and the beach promenade directly adjacent to the house. A lift takes you from your underground parking space to the flat.

In the spacious living room of the flat, you will find a seating set purchased in 2018 as well as a "stressless relax chair" from which you have a direct view of the Baltic Sea. The settee can easily be converted into a bed for 2 people. In addition to plisee blinds for privacy protection, there are also blackout curtains. For your entertainment you will find a satellite HD flat screen TV and a hi-fi system with CD player.

From the living room you can reach the 14 sqm balcony through a large sliding door, which is oriented in two directions and thus allows sunshine from morning to afternoon. From here you have a direct view of the Baltic Sea and the promenade a few metres away. Table and chairs for 4 people are available.

At the transition to the kitchenette you will find a separate dining area for 4 people.
In the kitchenette, which is visually separated by a wall projection, you will find a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob with extractor bonnet and sufficient crockery.

The bedroom has a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), as well as a built-in corner wardrobe and a chest of drawers for your clothes. A wall-mounted 32' flat screen TV completes the bedroom equipment. Blackout curtains are also available.

The spacious bathroom with shower and large washstand has a window to the balcony. Hairdryer and vanity mirror complete the bathroom equipment.

All windows have insect screens on the outside, the bathroom has pleated blinds on the inside. The floor of the flat is completely tiled.

There is a parking space in the basement for the car. The entrance to the underground car park is heated for winter arrival. From the underground car park you can reach all apartment levels by lift. You can store your bicycles in a lockable bicycle cellar
A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are located separately on the ground floor.

Wi-Fi access is included in the rent.

Urlaub

Many thanks to the landlord for the welcome greeting. We had another very nice holiday in a bright and spacious apartment, where unfortunately only a privacy screen for the windows is missing. The location is great, a short walk to the beach with beach chair, and the elevator with underground parking is also very convenient. We will be happy to come back.

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung

Very good holiday apartment.
Located close to the beach and has a view of the Baltic Sea.
We would book it again anytime.
The fly screens should be replaced, they are slowly falling apart.
It would also be nice to have a toaster or something similar for heating up bread rolls.
Otherwise, everything is great.

Super holiday apartment in a prime location

We can highly recommend this vacation rental. We would like to emphasize the location right on the beach promenade. After a few steps, you are directly on the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. From the terrace, you can see the sea. The house "Meeresrauschen" is located in the most beautiful part of Heringsdorf with many trees, near the border to Bansin. The apartment is optimally equipped. We didn't miss anything. There is an elevator from the underground garage to the floor of the apartment.

We had a very nice vacation in a great holiday apartment.
Many thanks to the landlord for the welcome greeting.
The apartment is very spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The large windows let in a lot of light and air. Here, however, a translucent privacy screen would be advantageous, as one always had to close the blackout curtains to change. This is the only small downside. The large bathroom with plenty of space in the shower and for all utensils is very pleasant.
The balcony invites you to have breakfast in the morning sun with a view of the Baltic Sea.
The location is great, a short walk to the beach. The provided beach chair is a big advantage.
Everything else is also within walking distance. The car can stay in the underground parking.
A bus stop can be reached in a few minutes, so buses and trains can also be used.
We will be happy to come back.

Stay in the holiday apartment "Sea Whisper" (No. 16)

We stayed in the apartment with two children (4 and 6 years old) for a week.
The apartment is in a fantastic beachfront location. You can see the Baltic Sea from the large balcony.
The apartment was very clean and well-equipped.
The owners provided a nice welcome package.
We were able to leave the car in the underground garage for the most part. Everything is easily accessible from there.
We would definitely vacation in the apartment again!
The apartment comes highly recommended!!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

The vacation rental with number 16, "Ocean Sounds," is not only beautifully furnished but also gives you the feeling of having arrived. We felt very comfortable with the apartment. Unfortunately, we had the misfortune that not all tenants in this property were familiar with basic etiquette. For this reason, the beautiful balcony was unfortunately not fully usable for us, as dog hair in food is simply disgusting. However, we would still like to thank the owners and TSU very much, as they did everything imaginable to make a guest's stay as pleasant as possible. We will definitely come back when it is possible for us. Thank you!!!!

Beach vacation

Very nicely furnished holiday apartment with a lot of comfort. Private parking, beach chair, and elevator in the building complete the whole experience. Also very nice was the welcome with a bottle of sparkling wine and the coffee machine pods. The only point of criticism might be one more tab for the dishwasher.... but that's already nitpicking at the highest level... :-) So, full recommendation.

The holiday apartment impresses with a spacious layout and unobstructed views of the Baltic Sea. Due to its direct location on the beach promenade, the center of Heringsdorf and Bansin can be easily reached on foot or by bike. The apartment is functional and comfortably furnished, the kitchen is extensively equipped with all dishes and machines, a modern bathroom and very comfortable beds complete the perfect accommodation. Important for cyclists: there is a bicycle storage room. Providing a beach chair during the summer months is a nice extra treat, even though the large south-facing balcony leaves nothing to be desired for sunbathing. We really enjoyed the vacation.

Absolute relaxation, great value for money, perfect for 4 people,

A very clean and tastefully furnished holiday apartment with everything you need. You arrive and feel comfortable, the location right on the beach is unique. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back! We (two adults and two children) spent 9 wonderful days in the apartment. The good price/performance ratio is particularly noteworthy for this apartment including the underground car park.
