Location and surroundings of object
Our flat is a non-smoking holiday flat of approx. 68 m², at ground level with terrace. The flat is located with 3 other flats in a detached house in single-family house style. It belongs to a residential complex of 4 houses, which are connected underground with an underground car park and are embedded above ground in a spacious garden and lawn. Our apartment building is located in the second row to the hardly frequented play street on which this residential complex is situated. Here you will find peace and relaxation.
In view of the fact that the island in Koserow is only about 2 km wide, all distances are within walking distance.
Bathing beach: 10-15 min steep coast, which is connected with a stairway to the sandy beach.
Centre: 5 min to the nearest supermarket and to the centre
Train station: 5 min to the Usedom Bäderbahn - UBB train station
Seabridge: a leisurely 20 - 25 min walk to the Koserow Seabridge
Karls Strawberry Farm: 7 min

Koserow is located at the narrowest point of Usedom between Zinnowitz and Bansin. The old fishing village scores points for the unspoilt nature it is embedded in, the dreamy sandy beach on the steep coast, the Streckelsberg and the unique view of the Achterwasser and the Baltic Sea. Koserow holidaymakers enjoy and appreciate the tranquillity and simultaneous proximity of the turbulent tourist strongholds of Zinnowitz, Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. Koserow is ideally situated in terms of infrastructure. Koserow has succeeded in striking a balance between nature and tourism with its own attractions such as the pier (which will be equipped with a very new and modern pier in the foreseeable future), salt huts, Niemeyer-Holstein studio, art gallery, fieldstone church with a constantly changing cultural programme, mini-golf course, Karl's strawberry farm, and shopping and recreational opportunities in the village. The Koserow spa administration and guest information office offer daily activities and will be happy to help you organise your holiday.

Traumferienwohnung
Wir genossen einen ruhigen Spätsommer- Urlaub in der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung der Frau Rasehorn.Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem nötigen Komfort ausgestattet bietet diese liebevoll geführte Unterkunft die Möglichkeit sich rundum wohlzufühlen.
An einer Spielstrasse gelegen kann man Ruhe finden und von dort aus ausgedehnte Spaziergänge durch den schönen Buchenwald ,zum Strand mit der neuen Seebrücke oder in den idyllischen Ort unternehmen. Auch per Rad bieten sich viele Möglichkeiten an die Umgebung zu erkunden,es gibt reichlich Ziele für Pättkesfahrer.
Die Nähe zu den Kaiserbädern mit der wunderschönen Architektur ist hier noch erwähnenswert,getoppt von der neu ausgebauten Promenade im polnischen Seeort Swinemünde .
Wir werden uns immer gerne an die schöne Zeit in Koserow erinnern und kommen gern noch einmal zurück.

Top Ferienwohnung
Die wohnung ist sehr konfortabel ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Es wurde an alles gedacht,sehr gute küchenausstattung.Sehr nett die Aufmerksamkeit zur Begrüßung, Ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstrasse, grosse terasse mit gemütlicr Ausstattung, die wir schon zum Frühstück genutzt haben, sehr praktisch ist die
Tiefgarage, wir waren die Zeit fast nur mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs, insgesamt für einen erholsamen Urlaub eine sehr gute Adresse, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Alles bestens , wir kommen wieder
War wieder sehr schön auch wahrend Corona Beschränkungen , muss man sich halt drauf einstellen , In der Whg ist alles vorhanden , was einen schönen Urlaub noch schöner macht und vor Allem Ruhe ! Der Weg zum Strand ist zwar bissel weiter , also zu Fuß 20 min , aber da hat man ja dann Bewegung und das ist auch gut ! LG und weiter so , wir kommen dann in 2 Jahren wieder ! :)

Sonnenfeeling - im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes
Die Ferienwohung befindet sich in der Ortslage Koserow-Ost zwischen dem Ostseestrand und der Hauptverkehrsader mit diversen Einkaufsgelegenheiten in einer sehr ruhig Gegend an einer Spielstraße. Dort konnten wir eine Woche unbeschwerten Sommerurlaub geniesen, waren vormittags bis mittags am Strand baden, haben danach auf der schattigen Terrasse entspannt und den Tag dann in einer der zahlreichen gastronomischen Einrichtungen ausklingen lassen. Wir werden diesen Urlaub in bleibender Erinnerung behalten und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein echter Tipp auf der Insel
Wir kommen seit Jahren regelmäßig in diese schöne, liebevoll geführte Unterkunft. Immer wieder gibt es Neues zu entdecken, weil die Vermieterin jedes Jahr in die Wohnung investiert. Mal finden wir einen neuen Fußbodenbelag, letztes Jahr wurde das ganze Wohnzimmer neu möbliert und in diesem Jahr fanden wir uns auf einer völlig neu gestalteten Terrasse wieder. Hier merkt man die Freude an der Vermietung. Keine null-acht-fünfzehn-Wohnung, sondern ein echter Tipp. Verwalter und Vermieterin sind nett und entgegenkommend. Wir kommen gern wieder.

As a child, I already loved the Baltic Sea and trudged into the waves once a year at the holiday camp on Rügen. Now, as a grown woman, Usedom and especially Koserow have cast their spell on me and so I love not only the intense and frequent sun, for which Usedom is famous, but also the rougher seasons, when the Baltic wind really blows around your nose, you are almost alone on the beach and you have the feeling that the wind won't let you get ahead and yet I breathe in such clear air. The eternal beech forest and the extensive cycle paths across the entire island are also my personal favourites in terms of relaxation. Since 2012, I have been able to use this oasis less due to work and so I decided to then allow others to enjoy it. I have not regretted it because the many positive feedbacks make me even happier.
