Haus Nordsee is a new, large detached house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The house is comfortably and tastefully furnished.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room with WC.
A large kitchen-living room with exit to the terrace and the garden. The corner kitchen is fully equipped.
A very nice and bright living room, also with exit to the terrace and garden, is furnished with a comfortable couch landscape, which also offers space for 8 persons. A large LCD TV with SAT connection and DVD recorder as well as a stereo system are in the living room.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with 2 single beds and a cot.
A very large bathroom with corner bath, shower and toilet.
There is underfloor heating throughout the house.
Allergy-friendly furnishings, laminate flooring on the upper floor and tiled flooring on the ground floor.
Blankets and pillows also allergy friendly.
The house is surrounded by a large garden with a swing climbing frame and slide. Sandpit with sand toys.
In the house there is a colourful play corner with many books, games, toys and colourful children's furniture.
A terrace extending across the entire gable front can be reached from the kitchen and the living room.

Our houses are located in the new part of Hamswehrum and offer almost all beautiful views over fields and meadows on the dike. Hamswehrum is a very nice place and a neat Krummörn of 19 villages in the municipality. The houses are at an impasse. very busy village in the municipality located in Krummhörn dyke near. The sea is only 2km away. Centrally located between Emden and Greetsiel is just a few minutes in the beautiful seaport city or the romantic fishing village. Trips to the islands ostfrisieschen Juist Noderney, Baltrum and Borkum. Seal sanctuary and Meerwasserwellenbad Norddeich are within easy reach.
