Our large, light-flooded, very quietly situated detached house with Frisian charm has four rooms on two levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with open kitchen and dining area, as well as access to the small garden with a covered terrace equipped with a 6-person table and a beach chair. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with WC, shower and window. Upstairs is another bathroom with bath and washer/dryer, as well as two bedrooms. One with a 140 cm wide bed and another with a double bed, sofa bed and TV. Equipment for a small child is also available.
In the garden there is a garden shed with five bicycles. There is free parking in front of the house. Nearby is a small shop where you can buy fresh bread every day.

Location and surroundings of object

The location of this holiday home is very quiet, on a dwelling mound in the village of Campen with 500 inhabitants, which lies between the harbour town of Emden and the fishing village of Greetsiel. It is very suitable for children because of the dead-end street and a playground directly behind the house.
It is two kilometres to the sea and 2.5 km to the dry beach in Upleward. There you can book a kitesurfing course, play volleyball and lie in a beach chair.
You will find a beach with a restaurant at the Knock, less than 10 minutes by car, or in Norden/Norddeich, about 20 minutes by car from Campen.

Our holiday home is very suitable for three generations or a group of friends, as the bedrooms on two levels mean that you can also retreat in peace and quiet.
It is also convenient to take the train to Emden and then the bus to Campen, as the bus stop for the Ostfriesland bus service is close to the house.
