Description
The "Apartamento Atlântico" belongs to the new apartment complex "Del Mar Village" on the edge of Fuseta. The apartment is located on the first of two floors (with elevator), parallel to the lagoon and offers a breathtaking view to the southeast, facing the sea and the beautiful kilometer-long island of Armona. The belonging to the plant large garden has been created with dune and lagoon plants. The extensive lawns, well-kept flower beds and the large pool with children's pool seem to merge seamlessly into the nature reserve of the Ria Formosa. From the balcony and garden can be observed in peace and flora and fauna. At low tide, the shell collectors are out in the mudflats and at high tide the lagoon is like a huge lake. From April to October, ferries leave for the Atlantic Beach, located just in front of the lagoon. The ferry dock is just 900 meters away, as is the small town beach, which is particularly popular with families with toddlers. In the village itself there are many restaurants, cafes and shops. Some bars provide a neat night life without hustle and bustle. Fuseta is an original, charming fishing village, which has neither large hotels nor exaggerated tourist infrastructure. If you do not want to hire a car, you can take the train and the bus to many attractive coastal cities such as Faro, Olhão or Tavira. The bustling, lively Sevilla, one of the most attractive Spanish cities, is just two hours away by car. Lisbon can also be reached in a few hours.
The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. The minimalist, very modern apartment was built and equipped to a high standard. On just under 100m², guests have, among other things, two bright bedrooms with air conditioning, closet and bathroom en suite. In the entrance area there is a guest toilet. The large and open to the sea living room is divided into the very well equipped kitchen with dining table and the living area with a comfortable sofa. This room is extended by opening the patio doors and incorporating the large balcony - a fantastic summer living room. And who does not get raving about this view ...!

Location and surroundings of object
The "Apartamento Atlântico" is located in a cul-de-sac on the western edge of Fuseta, right on a beautiful stretch of the Ria Formosa. If you walk in the direction of place, you are in 5 minutes in the center with restaurants and shops. Even the small lagoon beach and the pier for the ferries are not far away. However, if you go west you are in an undeveloped area in no time. Here begins the salt pans, through which winds a kilometer of footpath.

Modern, well-equipped apartment in a very well-maintained complex, quiet location, wonderful view, nice little village, good restaurants - everything you need for a deeply relaxing vacation! We will definitely come back!

Lovely position
Beautiful varied views from balcony and right on the edge of Rio Formosa and well kept gardens. Apartment well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay.

Accommodation tastefully nestled in the magnificent lakeside landscape
Beautiful view of the offshore lagoons: watching low tide, high tide and shell seekers:inside from the huge balcony was fantastic at all times. The flat is pretty much perfectly equipped and the centre of the village is within walking distance, as is the train station. A rental car is superfluous. At night there was always a nice concert of the resident crickets, and the geckos kept us mosquito-free.

Super Apartment
The flat is in a great location, is excellently equipped, well maintained complex with large pool, overlooking the lagoon and the sea, restaurants, shops, ferry and city beach are within walking distance.
The landlords Heidi and Jens Röver were super reliable, quickly accessible and looked after us very well
So we could feel very comfortable and recover accordingly well.
We will gladly come again!
