Description
The "Apartamento Atlântico" belongs to the new apartment complex "Del Mar Village" on the edge of Fuseta. The apartment is located on the first of two floors (with elevator), parallel to the lagoon and offers a breathtaking view to the southeast, facing the sea and the beautiful kilometer-long island of Armona. The belonging to the plant large garden has been created with dune and lagoon plants. The extensive lawns, well-kept flower beds and the large pool with children's pool seem to merge seamlessly into the nature reserve of the Ria Formosa. From the balcony and garden can be observed in peace and flora and fauna. At low tide, the shell collectors are out in the mudflats and at high tide the lagoon is like a huge lake. From April to October, ferries leave for the Atlantic Beach, located just in front of the lagoon. The ferry dock is just 900 meters away, as is the small town beach, which is particularly popular with families with toddlers. In the village itself there are many restaurants, cafes and shops. Some bars provide a neat night life without hustle and bustle. Fuseta is an original, charming fishing village, which has neither large hotels nor exaggerated tourist infrastructure. If you do not want to hire a car, you can take the train and the bus to many attractive coastal cities such as Faro, Olhão or Tavira. The bustling, lively Sevilla, one of the most attractive Spanish cities, is just two hours away by car. Lisbon can also be reached in a few hours.
The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. The minimalist, very modern apartment was built and equipped to a high standard. On just under 100m², guests have, among other things, two bright bedrooms with air conditioning, closet and bathroom en suite. In the entrance area there is a guest toilet. The large and open to the sea living room is divided into the very well equipped kitchen with dining table and the living area with a comfortable sofa. This room is extended by opening the patio doors and incorporating the large balcony - a fantastic summer living room. And who does not get raving about this view ...!

Location and surroundings of object
The "Apartamento Atlântico" is located in a cul-de-sac on the western edge of Fuseta, right on a beautiful stretch of the Ria Formosa. If you walk in the direction of place, you are in 5 minutes in the center with restaurants and shops. Even the small lagoon beach and the pier for the ferries are not far away. However, if you go west you are in an undeveloped area in no time. Here begins the salt pans, through which winds a kilometer of footpath.

Accommodation tastefully nestled in the magnificent lakeside landscape
Beautiful view of the offshore lagoons: watching low tide, high tide and shell seekers:inside from the huge balcony was fantastic at all times. The flat is pretty much perfectly equipped and the centre of the village is within walking distance, as is the train station. A rental car is superfluous. At night there was always a nice concert of the resident crickets, and the geckos kept us mosquito-free.

Super Apartment
The flat is in a great location, is excellently equipped, well maintained complex with large pool, overlooking the lagoon and the sea, restaurants, shops, ferry and city beach are within walking distance.
The landlords Heidi and Jens Röver were super reliable, quickly accessible and looked after us very well
So we could feel very comfortable and recover accordingly well.
We will gladly come again!

Top Apartment / Top Care
The holiday apartment is located in an indescribably beautiful location, offering breathtaking views of extraordinary natural landscapes. The changing tides provide varied views of phenomenal natural scenery. The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped, leaving nothing to be desired. A highlight is the large balcony. There is plenty of space for four people to feel comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, with no shortage of anything, including a freezer and dishwasher as well as all electrical appliances. TV with all German channels. The entire apartment is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The spacious pool area (with an infinity character) offers plenty of space for sun loungers and umbrellas on the wooden terraces. The dimensions of the pools are impressive. The harbor, promenade, and city center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The nearest shopping facilities can be reached on foot in 3-5 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 1.5 km away.
The communication and accessibility of Mr. and Mrs. Röver was always prompt and uncomplicated, and we were always taken care of in an extremely friendly and accommodating manner.

Modern apartment in well-maintained complex
We spent a week in this light-flooded apartment. The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful surroundings and the hinterland. A small supermarket and a bakery can be reached on foot. On the wind-protected balcony, you can enjoy the sun even in colder temperatures. Only criticism: a heating option in the bathroom would be nice.

Hervorragende Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick
Wir waren (drei Personen) zwei Wochen in der Wohnung, gelegen in einer Ferienanlage mit Eigentumswohnungen. Die Anlage ist top gepflegt und gut eingebettet in die Landschaft. Besonders der Pol ist zu erwähnen.
Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren. Fuseta ist ein schönes Fischerdorf. Erholung pur. Am besten man fährt in der Nebensaison.

Wunderschön!

Hervorragende Unterkunft mit fantastischer Aussicht
Wir waren vom Ende Oktober bis Anfang November für 14 Tage in dieser Unterkunft. Zu dem tollen Wetter, welches wir genießen durften, war die Unterkunft das besondere Highlight. Eine sehr komfortable Unterkunft in einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Zusammen mit der schnellen Erreichbarkeit des Zentrums und des Strand ist die Wohnung ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Vielen Dank auch an Familie Röver für die Kommunikation und Organisation. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartment mit Traumblick auf die Lagune
Das Appartment ist direkt an der Lagune gelegen, man sieht den Sonnenaufgang direkt vom Balkon aus und kann tagsüber die Gezeiten beobachten.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig, alles sehr stimmig designed, gute Qualität der Betten, der Bäder etc.
Der Pool, der zur Anlage gehört, ist der grösste, den man bei einer Ferienunterkunft finden kann. Er ist ausserdem ebenfalls traumhaft nah an der Lagune gelegen.
Der Service von Heidi und Jens Röver ist sehr zuverlässig und zuvorkommend. Er sorgt für einen rundrum angenehmen Urlaub.

Apartments Atlantíco
We had a very relaxing stay in this well-designed and immaculately kept apartment. Lovely pool and planting and stunning views of the estuary. We visited in August and took daily trips on the little ferry (a 5 minute walk from the apartment) to the fabulous beach on the Ilha Armona. This is our fifth visit to Fuseta - the most relaxing, unspoilt holiday destination. We will be back!

Dit appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, en als bonus elke dag een schitterend uitzicht. Lopend naar het veerbootje voor het fijne strand van Fuseta . Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en komen zeker terug .

Es hat eine ruhige Lage, großzügige Loggia mit wunderbarem Blick auf Lagunen-Landschaft und Meer. Hochwertige Außenanlage mit gepflegtem , sauberen Pool. Fuseta mit seinen guten Restaurants und der Fähre zur vorgelagerten Insel ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bestens erholt.

The holiday flat in a completely quiet location facing the sea is a jewel.
The pool area and the surrounding garden are extremely well maintained and also suitable for small children (children's pool). From the 1st bedroom you can see the sea when you wake up. The entire glass front (French doors) covers the entire width of the flat = bedroom and living room with deep balcony. No view from neighbouring flats possible.

The flat corresponds to the description, spacious, modern, good equipment, kitchen well equipped. Very friendly reception and support even in between. The handover of the keys went smoothly.
