Description
The Villa Antiga is romantically situated on a large property not far from Fuseta. In this friendly fishing village, it can be both good shopping and eating out, as well as with the ferry in a few minutes drive to the beautiful Atlantic beach.
The fenced area of the Villa Antiga is home to the exciting natural garden, the old villa ("Antiga") and a small neighboring house ("Casinha") and a pool with outdoor shower. All this is available exclusively to the holidaymakers. The private part of the main house remains locked and uninhabited, so guests can enjoy their privacy to the fullest.
Around the house there are various resting places and retreats, such as the two roof terraces, from which one enjoys a panoramic view to the sea. Rustic stone paths lead to the private swimming pool, which measures a respectable twelve meters and is adorned with dense shrubs and trees. A shady little house completes the attractive pool area.
In front of the guest apartment is a 25m ² large covered terrace overlooking the countryside. Window walls protect against wind on two sides and transform this place into a generous summer living room. The actual living space radiates warmth and comfort thanks to the materials and furniture used. A dining table completes the function of the room. Next door is the spacious kitchen, which also leads to a bathroom. Two bedrooms, one of them with further bathroom en suite, complete the main house.
In the small "Casinha", just opposite, there is another bedroom with bathroom en suite. It can be rented from April to October to the main house. Here is also a washing machine, which is available to guests.
Villa Antiga is an ideal place for a maximum of 5 people who are looking for peace and seclusion yet still want to be close to beach or city life.

"Lost in Fuseta"
The Villa Antiga is situated on a large plot of land and impresses with its Portuguese flair. The 12m long pool is absolutely worth mentioning! It is not far by car to shopping, restaurants, and the beach of Fuseta. We felt very comfortable there and would rent the villa again at any time.

Super schönes Haus für unsere Familie
Wir haben hier mit zwei Kindern eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, mit Kindern muss man sich keine Gedanken machen jemanden zu stören. Tolle Terrasse mit wunderbarer Sicht und schöner Pool. Die Ausstattung ist super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Die Villa Antiga liegt bei Fuseta, ca. 6km östlich von Olhao. Sie bietet für Paare und Familien ausreichend Platz und viel Komfort. Herauszuheben ist aber der große Pool und die große überdachte Terrasse. Vielen Dank an die Verwalter Heidi und Jens Röver für die tolle Betreuung vor Ort. Es war hoffentlich nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir hier sein konnten.

Wonderful holiday home
The house is fantastic with all the amenities of a home. We really felt at home, with a wonderful atmosphere, quiet and very peaceful. The weather in this part of the country is wonderful. The pool is a delight for everyone. Large and very clean. The house is very central, close to the beautiful beach of Fuseta and close to the town of Olhão which has a wonderful market. Una casa espectacular
Una casa espectacular, grande, cómoda, con una piscina particular muy grande y unos jardines enormes y rústicos. Lo mejor, el porche en la entrada que siempre está fresco y en sombra. La casa está en perfecto estado y muy limpia, y el menaje parece de estreno. Totalmente recomendable, nosotros repetiremos seguro.

Lieblingshaus
Die Villa Antiga ist toll gelegen, ruhig und doch recht zentral. Ein besonderer Pluspunkt ist der Pool, in dem man unbeobachtet Bahnen schwimmen kann. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch noch die große Dachterrasse auf der Casinha, von wo aus man herrlich den Sternenhimmel bewundern kann. Zudem sind die Verwalter Heidi und Jens Röver immer ansprechbar und sorgen mit kompetentem Rat und tollen Tipps für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Beautiful home in quiet countryside
This home was perfect for our group of 5 people. The pool was large and salted, the kitchen was well equipped, and the house and land was so big that we really felt like we were secluded from the rest of the surroundings. It was just a quick drive to the many beautiful beaches of that area, and to the supermarkets and restaurants. Jens was very accommodating, quick to respond with easy communication. We hope to come back to this little slice of paradise.

Algarve typisches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Vila Antiga hatte uns einen schönen Aufenthalt ermöglicht.
Die Ausstattung ist gut und der Zustand insgesamt sehr ordentlich. Wir wurden vom Vermittler stets gut betreut.
Allein die Matratzen waren für unsere Verhältnisse etwas hart, wir sind halt auch nicht mehr die jüngsten ;-)

Mediocre house at a high price
The house is quite well equipped, but the sunbeds by the pool are in urgent need of renewal and need to be increased to 4 sunbeds. There are not enough cushions for the sunbeds. The existing cushions are past their best.
The cooker has limited functionality, but is sufficient for our needs. The mattresses are very firm, so it takes some getting used to. The washing machine seems to have a loose connection.
