Casa Oliveto-Maremma is a newly built holiday home owned by a German family.
It is characterized by ecological construction and meets the highest standards regarding modern
and healthy building technology. (Suitable for allergy sufferers)
The house is perfect for a family vacation for up to 8 people!
Also ideal for families who are friends, as separate living units are available. The large and well-maintained property is completely fenced and accessible through an electric gate.
On the lower terrace level with a beautiful panorama, a large pool (16x4.8 m) has been built.
With sun loungers, umbrellas, and a magnificent view of the Tuscan Maremma landscape,
this is a place for absolute relaxation and recreation.
For children (and adults!) there is a small soccer field available and for all non-"overweight guests" a trampoline is also available. A shady carport on the property is ready for up to 3 cars.
The house offers ideal conditions for a family-friendly holiday with children - and especially for
families who are friends, as the house consists of 3 autonomous units if necessary.
Due to the hillside location, there are 2 apartments accessible at ground level.
The main apartments are located on the upper ground floor, one apartment on the lower ground floor, and one apartment is on the upper floor. The apartments can be connected both separately and together with each other
and thus offer very flexible options!

Wonderful vacation in the Maremma
We were at the Oliveto holiday home at the end of May with 4 people. We really liked the vacation. We were lucky that the owner was there and showed us everything. That was naturally very positive. The directions were good - we found the house right away. Since no one had been in the house before us and the owner had just prepared it, everything was very clean and the garden was tip-top, as well as the pool. The impression of the house and garden is great. The furnishings are very high quality. We can only recommend the house with the best memories. The house is also great for children! There is a very large garden with football goals and a trampoline. Restaurant recommendations are available in the house. Many thanks to Mrs. Schuler for the mediation and greetings to the owner!
