3-room house, 80 m²: 50 m² large living/dining kitchen with kitchenette and fireplace, 1 double sofa bed and 1 single bed, 1 double and 1 twin room, shower/WC.
The Jacuzzi whirlpool (heatable) for 5 persons 2 x m, open from to with outdoor shower, sunbeds approx. 30 m from the house, surrounded by trees and meadows. It is used by two other objects.
On request, the whirlpool can be used for € 50 per week, outside the above period.
Private outdoor sitting area in the inner courtyard in front of the entrance area. Whirlpool with seating + deck chairs outside the ring wall. Barbecue
Rustic furnishings partly with Tuscan furniture, TV-SAT, 4-burner stove with oven, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker. Refrigerator with freezer compartment.
Washing machine and iron/ironing board outside the house, in a separate room.
Typical Tuscan wooden beam ceilings with cotto floors.
Fly screens. Exterior lighting. Cot on request without surcharge.
Central heating, parking in front of the gate. Access via 800 m good gravel road
Cold pressed olive oil and wine can be purchased from our own production.

Location and surroundings of object

The stylishly renovated property, a former fortified estate from the eleventh century, sits majestically on a hill 2 km below Roccastrada. Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, it is situated in a quiet area with an enchanting view. When you enter the courtyard through the medieval gate, the house is on your left. In the village you will find shops of all kinds, bank, post office, pizzeria - restaurants with outdoor terrace. The nearest sandy beaches are in Follonica + Castiglione della Pescaia, about 40+ 45 km away. To the bathing lake Accesa it is 28 km, to the river Farma 14 km.
