Villa Ombrone is an exclusive holiday residence in the hinterland of the Maremma near Grosseto, close to the small village of Marruchetti and not far from Campagnatico.
The spacious house is designed for up to 6 discerning guests (three bedrooms – each with en suite bathroom) and impresses with many exceptional details: magnificent panoramic terraces – heated private pool, fitness room and sauna, outdoor living areas with
comfortable seating, dining area, grill and bar. This villa offers a perfect combination of comfort and luxury, rarely found in a private holiday home, and is therefore an excellent alternative to a hotel – ideal for a family or friends traveling together who expect the highest standards.
Enjoy the warm sun on the spacious panoramic terrace or relax by the private swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. For sports enthusiasts, a fitness room and a table tennis table are available; the wellness area is completed by a sauna.
The villa is located on the top of a hill with panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside, in the middle of a 4-hectare fenced property with an olive grove and a small forest, as well as the owners’ house, which is occupied by them year-round. The villa was built in a modern design, conceived with the intention of drawing attention to the beauty of the nature that surrounds it. And this has been achieved perfectly!
It is furnished with unique, modern furniture, a perfectly equipped open kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms,
and spacious areas for relaxing, fitness, and wellness. The special feature of this villa also lies in the emphasis on the various outdoor areas and terraces, which offer sun and shade at all times of the day, allowing guests to enjoy the magnificent view all year round and at any time of day.
The villa has an electronically controlled underfloor heating and cooling system, individual air conditioning units, a sauna, a heated swimming pool, and charging stations for electric cars – all of which are powered by solar energy. Internet (100 G) throughout the entire villa and on the terraces.
Both the lower floor and the upper floor can be accessed by car.

YOUR PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL
The private pool, 5x8m in size, with relaxation area is located on a magnificent panoramic terrace with a fantastic view of the wonderful Tuscan surroundings. The pool is open year-round and is heated in May and September.
There is a warm outdoor shower. Comfortable loungers are ready!

Guests of the villa are pampered with exceptional service!
On the evening of arrival, a dinner with two bottles of wine is served!
On the first morning, guests are treated to a delicious breakfast!
Both are included in the rental price!

Babies up to 2 years old stay free of charge – baby cot and high chair available.
