The Casa Oliveto-Maremma is a newly built holiday home of a German owner family.
It is characterized by ecological construction and meets the highest standards regarding modern
and healthy building technology. (Allergic persons)
The house is divided into three separate units, but is only rented as a unit to guests!
Thus, it offers ideal conditions for a holiday together with friendly families or appropriate group and allows maximum privacy and "retreat".
A covered terrace at the ground floor apartment can accommodate 8 people for shared meals, barbecues and convivial rounds.
The huge and very well maintained property is completely fenced and has an electric. To commit a goal.
On the lower terrace level, a large pool ( m) was built with biological treatment.
With loungers with umbrellas and a magnificent view of the Tuscan countryside of Maremma
This is a place for total relaxation and recreation.
For children (and adults!) Is a small football field available and for all not "overweight guests" and a trampoline.
A shady carport at the house is available for up to 3 cars.

The sea at Castiglione delle Pescaia can be reached in 40 minutes.
Also Siena, the Orcia Valley, Montalcino or famous and worth seeing places in the Maremma
can be reached in a short time.

Wonderful vacation in the Maremma
We were at the Oliveto holiday home at the end of May with 4 people. We really liked the vacation. We were lucky that the owner was there and showed us everything. That was naturally very positive. The directions were good - we found the house right away. Since no one had been in the house before us and the owner had just prepared it, everything was very clean and the garden was tip-top, as well as the pool. The impression of the house and garden is great. The furnishings are very high quality. We can only recommend the house with the best memories. The house is also great for children! There is a very large garden with football goals and a trampoline. Restaurant recommendations are available in the house. Many thanks to Mrs. Schuler for the mediation and greetings to the owner!
