This former farmhouse is located not far from the country road to Cinigiano, a small town in the hinterland of Maremma.
It was completely restored a few years ago and converted into a very beautiful holiday home!
In a magnificent panoramic location, on a fenced garden property, a marvelous spot has been created for a relaxing Tuscany vacation for a large family or two families of friends. The house is part of a former homestead, yet a completely separate area. The apartment is generously divided over 140 m² and features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and cozy living and lounging spaces, located on the upper floor and is only accessible via an exterior staircase. On the ground floor of the house, there is a large living room with a kitchen, as well as a bathroom. From here, there is direct access to the garden area with a pool, sun terrace, and garden pavilion with seating and grill.
The house itself is equipped with all necessary facilities and amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher,
coffee maker, satellite TV, iron, and ironing board.
All windows are fitted with fly screens.
Casa Bernardinai is an exceptionally affordable family vacation home
and authentic farmhouse in the countryside! Your dog is welcome here too and can have a holiday for free!
The entire garden area with pool, pavilion, and barbecue spot is fenced and accessible only to the guests of Bernardinai.
The residents of the adjacent neighboring house have two dogs, and there are also cats on the neighboring plot and homestead.

After Cinigiano there are about 3 km after Paganico 13 km away.
Trips to the Monte Amiata or to Montalcino are possible in less than an hour.
To the sea to the beautiful beaches at Marina di Grosseto or Castigline della Pescaia
it is approximately 60 km away. Cinigiano - a small idyllic village in the hinterland of the Maremma between the sea and the Monte Amiata.
There are shops for daily needs, Ristoranti, banks and weekly Tuesday market.
The landscape and the surrounding area is beautiful and not yet overtaken by the mass tourism.
Relaxing -Hiking -Mountainbiken - landscape and culture are the holiday theme here.
The sea at Grosseto is easily reached in 40 minutes.

Very relaxed holiday
We felt very comfortable. Despite direct neighbours (shared access to the upper floor), one is very private and undisturbed on the property and in the lower living area. The landlords, an older couple, are very friendly and extremely helpful. However, communication is a bit difficult as neither of them speak a word of English. The house is very tastefully furnished in typical Tuscan style. We would come again. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will definitely find it here. A big praise to Mrs. Schuler. She always takes care of problems quickly and is always available.

Family Holiday in Tuscany
We spent a great summer holiday in this holiday home (2 adults and 2 children). The house is well maintained, clean and very comfortably furnished. The garden and especially the pool are wonderful. The barbecue area is great, we used it often. The owners are very friendly and helpful (an older couple who don't live on the property themselves), but they don't speak any English at all. They are very keen to make sure you have a good time. All German TV channels can be received excellently via satellite. Wifi is on the lower floor, but can also be used upstairs. A car is a must. The smaller villages in the area are actually too far away on foot. In addition to the description of the house, it should be mentioned that one does not live alone in the entire area. Basically, it is a three-part terraced house complex. The oldest and foremost part is the holiday home (former farmhouse), which consists of the ground floor and ground floor. The two floors are connected exclusively by a staircase outside, i.e. there is no connecting staircase inside the house. The middle house, as well as the outside, are permanently inhabited. The connecting staircase outside, also serves the middle terraced house as an access staircase. Consequently, the property and the common courtyard are also regularly occupied. This means that it is not possible to walk from the upper floor down to the garden/pool "lightly" clothed, as there are always "onlookers". In the garden, on the other hand, you are completely undisturbed and don't hear anything from the neighbours. We could quickly come to terms with the "neighbourhood circumstance" (as it is not apparent from the house description and photos). We would like to positively emphasise the communication with the agent Mrs. Schuler. Always very fast and reliable. She also sent us a great information folder about Italy, Tuscany, excursion destinations and many tips in advance - really top!

: Beautifully idyllic
Beautiful, well-maintained house and grounds. Very quiet location. Great view! The large fenced-in area was perfect for our four small children. There is plenty of space for all kinds of games. The pool was also great for our family. The landlords and agents were very friendly and helpful.

We were as a family with 2 children and 2 good friends in this beautiful holiday home! The landlords are very nice and want you to feel comfortable there! The house actually has everything you need with a kitchen, washing machine, grill, pool, etc.! Beautifully located and perfect for those who are looking for peace and quiet! It takes about 1 hour to get to the sea and the nearest larger cities! The house is highly recommended and we will definitely go there again!!!!! Ideal for dog owners as well. !!
