The living room is furnished with a leather sofa with high backrests, a relaxing armchair with stool, small desk and indirect light sources distributed throughout the room, media cabinet with large TV screen, video recorder, Blu-Ray player, radio, soundbar, some books and various information material. Fast WLan available.
On your furnished covered terrace, which you enter from the living room, you look out onto the beautifully landscaped communal garden with a small goldfish pond, bushes, trees and lawns.
The L-shaped kitchen integrated into the large living room is equipped with a 4-zone ceramic hob, convection oven, fridge with large freezer compartment and a dishwasher, etc.. Sockets, all kitchen utensils and crockery are available in sufficient quantities.
The adjoining dining table with comfortable chairs is ideal for cosy meals, extended chats or playing games together.
The shower room has been renovated and modernised and has a large shower with a shallow entry and seamless walls, towel dryer, washbasin with storage space and a three-door mirror cabinet. The toilet has a comfortable raised seat.
Everything has been thought of in the bedroom: king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with raised access and split mattresses, bedside tables with lamps, clock radio, shoe cabinet, valet stand and armchair. A coated blackout blind has been fitted in front of the window to block out the heat.
A wardrobe bed (1.40 x 1.90 m) with full-length mattress is available
The large 5-door wardrobe with mirrored doors offers you enough space for everything you want to store, even during a longer stay.
There is a cloakroom with umbrella stand in the entrance area of the flat.
Own marked car park, lockable cellar room for 2 bicycles.
A sauna is available for all holiday guests of this complex, which can also be reserved for your own use. It is subject to a charge.
A laundry room with two coin-operated washing machines and a tumble dryer is available in the complex and can be used by all guests.

Location and surroundings of object
The house was built in a seaside resort style and is in a quiet yet central location. The Baltic Sea coast with its wonderful sandy beach, the harbour, many places to stop for refreshments and great playgrounds is less than 15 minutes' walk away.
You also have the option of taking the Bäderbahn, the Molli narrow-gauge railway or a boat trip to the neighbouring villages. Bicycle hire stations are available.
There are plenty of opportunities for strolling, shopping and entertainment. You will pass chic boutiques, great shoe shops, restaurants, cafés and ice cream parlours and a highlight not far from the holiday flat is the brewery with a winter garden, where you can enjoy rustic dishes and excellent beer fresh from the barrel. There is live music at least once a week, which you can also dance to. Of course, there are also numerous large and small fish restaurants where you can be served fresh fish or buy it to prepare yourself.
Description of the town
Kühlungsborn-Ost and Kühlungsborn-West are connected by the town forest. Both towns are developed for tourism and offer many attractions.
The long beach promenade, on which you can stroll from east to west or vice versa, is particularly beautiful. There are many small restaurants on the promenade with a view of the sea, where you can sit inside or outside. A walk to the marina in Kühlungsborn-Ost is also worthwhile.
