Our Scandinavian holiday home has 84 sqm (very well insulated and can therefore be rented all year round!) and belongs to a small holiday complex with 32 wooden houses in Scandinavian style. It is very tastefully furnished and can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with a very well-equipped kitchenette, including a dishwasher and a wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a shower room with WC. In the attic there are another 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with 2 single beds) and a WC. There are electric radiators in all rooms. Further equipment features: Telephone, TV/SAT-TV, stereo with CD player, furnished terrace. The house also has 1 parking space, free Wi-Fi is available.

Location and surroundings: It is about 6 km to the district town of Neustrelitz with all its shopping facilities, varied gastronomy and cultural offerings. It is about 40 km to Waren an der Müritz, about 1.5 hours to Berlin and about 1.5 hours to the Baltic Sea.
Pure nature: The Mecklenburg Lake District is an Eldorado for water sports enthusiasts; but nature lovers will also be thrilled by this almost untouched landscape. Thanks to the numerous bodies of water, the abundance of forests and the low population density, nature still has a unique animal and plant world in which many endangered species live, such as black storks, beavers and otters. Cranes can also be observed, especially during autumn migration.

How to get there: The district of Mecklenburg-Strelitz can be reached via the federal motorways A 24 and A 19. Both routes are located about 20 km from the district borders. In addition, there are the 5 federal highways as well as the railway lines and the A 20, which is currently under construction. The district town of Neustrelitz is an important junction of the railway lines between the Hanseatic cities of Rostock, Stralsund and Berlin.
