The cozy and very spacious apartment, Ansa Verde, for 2 - 8 persons (of which one small child) is situated in a quiet location on the first floor of a detached villa with a separate entrance in Tignale-Olzano. It has a south-facing balcony and a terrace with lots of space and a fantastic view of the lake and the neighboring Monte Baldo massif.
It is very cozy and comfortably furnished and has everything that a relaxing holiday with family or friends needs. A light-flooded living room with an open fireplace and satellite TV invite you to linger. There is a separate dining room as well as a kitchen equipped with everything to conjure a meal for the loved ones. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms and a large bathroom.

Location and surroundings of object
In a few minutes walk, about 500 m, you are in the center of Gardola with restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, tourist information, tennis courts and hall, all shopping possibilities as well as doctor and pharmacy. The public outdoor swimming pool and the visitors' center are 2 km away.
The charming landscape with already Mediterranean vegetation invites you to many different hikes of different duration and offers an incomparably beautiful view of the Lago di Garda and the Monte Baldo massif on the east side of the lake. Directly from the apartment go hiking and mountain bike routes. By car or shuttle bus it is about 10 minutes to the two bathing lakes, the Porto Tignale, a popular place for surfers and kiter or the Parco Fontanella in Gargnano with extensive lawns under old olive trees. Both places can also be easily walked from Tignale.
Interesting excursion destinations such as Andre Heller's botanical garden and the Vittoriale of Gabriele d'Annunzio in Gardone are within easy reach and the towns of Saló, Sirmione, Riva, Arco, Verona and Mantua are within easy reach. Furthermore, there is the possibility for exciting trips to the hinterland to other lakes, Lake Idro, for example.
