We were already at the Beachhouse for the second time, and the third vacation there is already booked.
One of our absolute favorite places to spend time with family in a wonderfully lovingly and tastefully furnished house.
The extremely nice contact with the Noll family, such sweet personal welcome greetings, the charming house that truly has everything one could need, the beautiful garden, the great location near the sea and towns like Domburg and Zoutelande... Everything is just right here.
We are looking forward to next year!

"High End" holiday home in Biggekerke.

This holiday home is truly exceptional in many ways. Optimal room layout, outstanding amenities, tasteful details, fantastic location, spacious garden, and extremely friendly owners/landlords.

Oasis of well-being.

Our expectations were already quite high due to the photos in the advertisement and the great reviews, but they were far exceeded. Everything is just right here: the incredibly nice communication with Mrs. Noll, the beautiful garden, and the unbelievably lovingly and tastefully furnished house. On top of that, there were so many welcome gestures, like we had never experienced before. We were in seventh heaven...
The path to the beach is beautiful and short, and you can easily reach the charming Zoutelande after a short walk. Many other places like Domburg, Middelburg, or Vlissingen are easily reachable by bike.
From arrival to departure, we were completely thrilled! And like so many before us, we will definitely be "repeat offenders"!

"At home"

We were at the Beachhouse for the first time, but it felt like "coming home"!!!!!!
The house is very cozy and lovingly furnished. You don't need anything, everything is there.
And the contact with the landlords is very warm and friendly.
The many welcome gifts were great, even our dog was considered and got treats!!!!!

Beach house

A beautiful and very tastefully furnished holiday home where we felt at home. The beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes. It is equipped with everything you need. The contact with the landlord was friendly and she provided us with good tips. The welcome on the day of arrival was so nice with sweets and homemade jam as well as treats for the dog. We enjoyed our holiday very much and would love to come back.

Fantastisch vakantiehuis

This was the third time in this holiday home that has been decorated with so much love and attention. After a few minutes, you feel at home and welcomed by all the sweet attentions ready for the guests and their possible pets. There has been thought about how to creatively decorate this house. You can easily walk to the beach and Zoutelande. We really feel at home here and will come back as soon as possible with our 2 dogs.

Beachhouse in Advent

Beautiful also in the Advent season. The house was lovingly decorated and adorned. You simply have to feel at home. We didn't want for anything. A great holiday home in a wonderful quiet location and close to the beach. Also highly recommended for a winter holiday. Thanks to the underfloor heating, you are quickly warmed up again after a long walk on the beach. There are many excursion destinations nearby. The contact with the landlords was very very nice and accommodating. We are already looking forward to our next holiday in this great beach house

Vacation from the beginning

First of all, I would like to emphasize that the contact with the Noll family was/is very friendly and warm. They always responded quickly and answered all the questions one had. The house is located very quietly. It is lovingly furnished - not like a holiday apartment but like a home. So many details. And seating arrangements. Even with 6 people, you wouldn't get in each other's way. There are plenty of seating options, both indoors and outdoors. The path to the beach leads through a small enchanted forest. Very pleasant to walk, even in extreme heat. The beach house is very spacious and super practical with the sun protection. All in all, a great accommodation and a very nice vacation. We will definitely come back :)

Our new favorite spot!

Everything is just right here! The vacation starts from the first minute you enter the Beachhouse. All rooms are lovingly and tastefully furnished down to the smallest detail and equipped with everything you need. The Beachhouse is definitely a "feel-good oasis"!

Living and sleeping dreamily

We were at this beautiful beach house for the third time. The holiday can start as soon as the door is opened. This time we were greeted with an Easter greeting, delicious jam, bunny napkins and chocolate eggs. Even our dog was surprised with treats! The silence of the residential area, the tasteful furnishings of the house, everything is top-notch and leaves nothing to be desired. We felt absolutely comfortable. Everything is very clean and smells fresh. The complete equipment in the kitchen allows us to cook well ourselves and enjoy the coffee in the garden, down to the great milk frother. The renovation was excellently done. The second bathroom is very nice, and even the small bunk bed room has gained a lot. Only the departure was difficult for us; we didn't want to go home at all... That's why we decided on the spot to definitely come back. Thank you very much, dear Noll family.

Simply beautiful!

Rarely have we felt so comfortable in a holiday house so quickly. From the first moment, one can switch off from everyday life and enjoy every minute in this beautiful atmosphere. It's hard to imagine feeling more welcome as a human (and dog). With a heavy heart, we had to leave our "home for a while" after a week. One can hardly feel more comfortable...

Now we have been coming to Zeeland for 25 years, but something cozier than the Beachhouse is very rare to find. The open kitchen-dining-living area is very nicely and cozily designed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The owners made a lot of effort in the design. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, one with a walk-in shower. Both are very nice. As beds, there is a box spring bed and a bunk bed available. The beach house invites you to chill, in the true sense of the word. I can't even describe the atmosphere the house exudes, it's simply one of the most beautiful accommodations we've had, and the contact with the owners is very nice and caring. For us, 5 stars.

Landlust by the sea

This beach house is probably the most lovingly furnished and decorated holiday home we know. Both inside and outside, things were arranged in such a way that we immediately felt at home. We were welcomed with a personal message from Mrs Noll, wine and biscuits and even treats for our dog. Everything is there that you need for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can easily cook and bake. There is more than enough crockery and glasses, warm bathrooms and cosy bedrooms. The short way to the kilometre-long beach leads through a small forest, and the village of Zoutelande is a 20-minute walk away. You can explore the whole peninsula by bike. You don't need a car on this holiday. We were there for the second time this year and will definitely come back.

Great house, great location, super cozy.

We were there for the first time this summer and what can I say. We felt comfortable right away. We didn't miss anything in the house. The kitchen is really well-equipped. This is often neglected in other vacation rentals. The children have plenty of space to play on the large property. The bathrooms are a dream. The beds were a bit too soft for our liking, but everyone has their own preferences. If you want to have a relaxing and beautiful vacation, this is the right place. It is quiet, and you can easily unwind from everyday life. We will come back next year.

Cosy and well equipped

We liked this holiday house very much. It’s fully equipped, romantic and taken care of with love.
The house has been recently extended and has two very nice bathrooms. One with shower the other with shower/bath.
The park where the house is located is spacious and quit. Perfect to enjoy the view on the nearby dunes, read a book or play with the kids, etc. Just outside the park the dunes start with its lush vegetation.
The Walcheren area where the house is located offers many opportunities to walk, visits small villages, go to beaches or do water sports.
Every single thing is just perfect.

Wundervoll gemütlich

We spent two weeks at the end of July with five people (2 adults and three children) in this beautiful holiday home. The house itself is located in a quiet environment. Enjoyed a long weekend in a cozy, nicely decorated house with funny home accessories, truly an eye for detail! Clean, with delicious beds.

A house that is decorated with care and love, very sweet: wine, a card, and Christmas treats upon arrival.

Everything was there, even Christmas lights, even outside, to our great surprise when it got dark.

We immediately felt at home and have quickly booked again!!

Relaxing autumn holiday

We made it happen and came for the 2nd time, this time in the stormy autumn to this beautiful idyll......We felt so comfortable in the house, with coffee, heating on, cozy evenings. Just as the sea is great in every season, so is the fine Beachhouse. Welcome home!

Arrive and feel at home! The house is lovingly and meticulously furnished, nothing is missing. The kitchen offers everything you could wish for, the beds are excellent. In the garden, you can always find a sunny spot. The welcome is warm and heartfelt, a welcome gift adds a personal touch. Walk a few minutes through a small forest (great for holidays with a dog), climb the dune and reach the sea. The cherry on top is a small cottage on the beach that belongs to the holiday home. Sufficient information about the holiday destination is provided in the house, so you can start your holiday right away. The landlords are always available for questions and have great tips for excursions, dining, or shopping. In short, a successful holiday accommodation. When leaving, one must be careful not to forget one's soul, which is probably still hanging around somewhere in the garden on the "favorite spot"!

Wonderful! A very sweet house designed with lots of attention to detail invites you to feel at home. Unfortunately, we only had a short break in this beautiful house. We would have loved to spend more hours in the sun on the great terrace and would love to make up for it in a longer vacation there. We can highly recommend it. Very nice contact! The most beautiful Zoutelande vacation so far!

We have been coming back to this place for several years now and have been looking for a nice accommodation since then. Now we have found it! A small, lovely paradise near the beach. There were four of us with a dog, and we all enjoyed it immensely. Nice bathroom, beautiful rooms, very well-equipped kitchen, and living room. And outside, we found our "favorite spot" as well. We will gladly come back!

Dream vacation with four-legged friends

Very lovingly furnished cottage, just to feel good. Great rural location, beach and sea just a few minutes away on foot. Domburg and Middelburg can be easily and quickly reached by car. The cottage offers everything you need for everyday life (pots, pans, shopping bag, microwave, game collection). Our horses were housed a few kilometers away in a horse stable, we took fifteen minutes on horseback to fully enjoy the beach rides. A perfect horseback riding vacation. We will be back!
