Comfortable holiday villa with panoramic pool in a dream location near Lucca
With a breathtaking panorama at an altitude of about 380 m above sea level, this holiday home is located
in the gentle hills between Lucca and Pescia.
Villa Piera-Ida is a detached holiday home on a fenced property, surrounded by
olive groves, small individual vineyards, orchards, and meadows in a splendid south-facing slope
with a view over the entire valley. In the area, you can find scattered additional individual holiday homes and small farms.
The beautiful and newly built holiday home made of natural stone was completed in 2017 and is
now available for rent to discerning guests.
The spacious villa has three bedrooms with double beds and their own bathrooms.
In the very modern living area, one of the two sofas is a sofa bed and offers an additional
sleeping area for two guests. The kitchen is complete and very comfortable, equipped with all necessary appliances.
In front of the living-dining area, there is a beautiful outdoor seating area (pergola) with table and chairs.
On another terrace level, there is a large panoramic pool for the guests of the house
with a separate children's splash area. (10x5 m, 1.40 cm deep; children's area 3x3m, 0.40 m deep) Sun loungers and parasols as well as a small pavilion are available in this area, as well as an outdoor shower and a toilet.
The Villa Piera-Ida is a beautiful place for relaxing holidays in a fantastic environment and with breathtaking views, which fascinate anew every day of the holiday!

The decor is very comfortable and modern.
The floors are made of ceramic with wooden flooring - the ceilings with a traditional view.
