Description
Once the municipal building of the medieval hilltop village of Montecastelli Pisano, this ancient palace has been recently restored and converted into a comfortable and characteristic holiday home.
Internally it has been carefully restored maintaining the original features and tastefully furnished in the typical Tuscan style and provided with modern facilities. Externally, and for the exclusive use of the guests, there is a panoramic garden with a furnished gazebo and barbecue for comfortably dining in the open air, and a marvelous, most panoramic swimming pool (6x12m x depth) with Jacuzzi (6 m diameter), available from May to October.
The house is priced for 14 people, for any extra person (maximum 6) will be charged € 140,00 per week.

The property is located on the edge of the small village overlooking the famous Torre Sillana in a unique and exceptional position with breathtaking panoramic views over the Cecina and Elsa valleys, down to the sea and the Chianti hills.
In the village, approx. 100 meters from the house, there is a restaurant / pizzeria / bar with a splendid panoramic terrace where guests can enjoy many local delicacies and specialties; in the same premises there is also a grocery shop selling essential products. Other services (restaurants, bars, grocery shops, post office) can be found in San Dalmazio (6 km), while the larger towns of Pomarance (14 km) and Castelnuovo Val di Cecina (14 km) offer a wider choice of amenities.
