Inside the house offers cozy rooms, furnished with great love for details and provided with modern facilities. Accommodation is offered on the ground floor of the house, while the first floor is not available for rent and unpubied (the property is an independent villa with an exclusive use of the garden and pool). Just about 400 m. From the villa and easily reachable on foot is Radicondoli, which offers all essential services (food shops, restaurants, banks, tennis courts, etc.).

Traumanlage aber sehr verschmutzt
Wegbeschreibung zum Haus sehr schlecht. Es wurde uns gesagt direkt am Parkplatz von R. waere das Tor der Villa und die Klingel, ein Witz, dort ist weit und breit kein Tor und man muss in einen Wald rein fahren, dann kommen erst noch 2 andere Haeuser bevor man die Vill V. erreicht. Schotterweg/Graben auf den Seiten, mm Arbeit ist erforderlich damit man nicht in den Graben faehrt und darin stecken bleibt. Nach 3 Tagen Beschwerden wurden die Straeucher und Baeume entfernt die den Weg zugewuchert haben, ansonsten waere das ganze Auto zerkratzt gewesen, eigentlich nur mit SUV oder Jeep zu befahren. Thema Sauberkeit des Hauses: Vorhaenge im Bad mit blutigen toten Muecken uebersaet, Spinnweben ueber Toaster und komplette Kuechenfensterbank voller Spinnweben. Baeder verschimmelt und verdreckt, Seifenreste von Jahren unter den Schiebetueren. Die Duschen wurden auf Grund unserer Beschwerde wegen dem Schimmel nach 3 Tagen neu silikoniert, dass sagt eigentlich aus das wir Recht hatten. Badlueftung total zugeschmutzt, Jahre nicht gesaeubert. Waende im unteren Schlafzimmer verschimmelt und nass. Erst nach Beschwerden wurde ein Sonnenschirm an den Pool gebracht, vorher keinerlei Schatten. Nur 3 Liegestuehle das Haus ist fuer 6 Pers. Die Lage und Ruhe des Hauses ist ein Traum, auch das Haus selbst ist traumhaft schoen, wenn man auf Sauberkeit keinen Wert legt. Wir haben alles mit Bildern belegt aber man sagte uns wir wollten Geld rausschinden, deshalb haetten wir uns so oft beschwert. Das ist total unprofessional und entspricht nicht der Wahrheit. Aber alle Bilder wurden anscheinend ignoriert und wir wurden als Luegner dagestellt die auf einen Rabatt aus waren. Wir mussten uns waehrend unserem Urlaub um Dinge kuemmern und uns beschweren die ein Vermieter sehen muesste. Sie wurden in Ordnung gebracht, aber erst nach Beschwerde von uns. Der Preis ist kein Schnaeppchen und ich finde dafuer kann man 100% Sauberkeit verlangen, dass war auch alles was wir wollten.
