Villa Contessa was built in 2017 and is located in the quiet village of Kosinozici, only 3 km from Porec and its beaches. A Restraurant with Istrian specialties is in the vilage, the next market only 2 km away. The house offers up to 8 people all comfort in a private atmosphere, private pool with a large garden and barbecue area. The modern house has on the ground floor a large living and dining area with fireplace, satellite TV and a sofa bed. The very well equipped kitchen with bistro bar invites you to cook together. The pleasantly furnished bedrooms are distributed on ground floor and first floor and all have their own adjoining bathroom and SAT TV. On the ground floor is another guest toilet. The outdoor pool with sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower and garden furniture gives you the opportunity to relax. In the new summer kitchen with the large barbecue you can prepare delicious meals, which you may enjoy on the terrace. On the fenced grounds are parking lots. The trampoline with its positive effects on body and soul completes the whole.
The calm earth colors, the soft pink tones, and the fresh turquoise cuisine give this exquisite villa elegance, style and a pleasant atmosphere.

Contessa is located in the quiet village Kosinozici only 3 km from Porec and its beaches. A typical Istrian tavern and winemaker are on site. Other supermarkets, restaurants and leisure activities can be reached within 2 km as well as in Porec. It is an ideal starting point for cycling, sports and leisure activities as well as sightseeing of the cultural beauties of Istria. One can enjoy the rich offer of Istria to the full, and afterwards with his family or friends to the quiet barbecue evening on the terrace by the pool withdraw.

Simply dreamlike
A beautiful holiday home with pool and barbecue area. We would definitely book again. Thank you for a lovely time
By the way, the family produces their own olive oil, which is simply better than anything we have tasted so far.
