Holiday cottage Visnja for 6 persons - near the beach. On approx. 110 m² it has on the ground floor a large living and dining area, a well equipped kitchen, shower/WC and direct access to the terrace and garden. There you will find seating and a barbecue. On the 1st floor there are 3 double bedrooms, one with balcony and a second bathroom with shower. In front of the entrance you have another sitting area, there is a parking lot on the property
Poreč with its wide range of sports and leisure activities, sights and restaurants is just a few minutes away.
The holiday home Višnja is the perfect place to enjoy the Istrian nature and the Adriatic coast.

This holiday home is situated in Mali Maj, a suburb north of the town of Porec, only 500 m from the beach on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula. Mali Maj is a quiet little village of Porec. Therefore it is an ideal destination for those who would like to enjoy the tourist hustle and bustle but still enjoy the peace and quiet.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Das frei stehende Ferienhaus ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, zudem sauber und gepflegt. Was wir vermisst haben ist ein Geschirrspüler. Die Terrasse ist vom Nebenhaus aus einsehbar, was auf den Fotos nicht ersichtlich ist. Es fehlte ein Blickschutz, z.B. ein Busch an dieser Stelle für mehr Privatsphäre, denn wir möchten uns nicht beim Essen von den Nachbarn beobachtet fühlen. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Für Hunde ist es ideal, da eingezäunter Bereich. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu teuer, da das Zentrum von Porec fast nicht mehr erlaufbar ist (45 min. Fußweg), das war uns aber vorher bewusst. Insgesamt empfehlenswert, besonders für Hundebesitzer, die gute Hunderunden ab Haus gehen können, zum Strand auch nicht weit, wenn man den kürzesten Weg nimmt ist man im Nu da. Zum Fahrradfahren auch bestens geeignet. Parkplatz am Haus auf dem Grundstück.

Vielen Dank für die gute Bewertung des Hauses, der Sauberkeit, der Strandnähe und der netten Eigentümer. In der Ausstattung sind vorhandene Geräte angegeben, und auf den Fotos ist ersichtlich, dass die vordere Verande nur eingezäunt ist, da das Nachbarhaus auf der anderen Strassenseite liegt, hoffen wir, dass Sie nicht zu sehr gestört wurden. Im Inserat ist nur Strandnähe angegeben, die meisten Gäste genießen den Spaziergang an der Küste nach Porec, oder fahen mit dem Auto in die Stadt. Grüße aus Istrien Team "Visnja"

In any case we will come again
We usually always stay in Italy, but this accommodation showed us that you can get much more for the same price.
The house is very modern and is perfectly equipped.
Here you don't have to bring anything except the contents of the fridge.
You need the car to get to the beach, and you want to take a lot with you.
We will definitely come back.

It was a great holiday
We stayed in this accommodation for 2 weeks in August with 2 adults, 1 teenager and a dog
We can only recommend the house. It is very clean and centrally located, yet quiet. It is only a few minutes' walk to the beach. You can also take your dog for a walk in the nearby forest. Therefore, it was not a problem for us that the fenced garden was small. The owner lives on the property. He was very nice and helpful. As well as the nice neighbours. We never felt disturbed. A small tip would be to put mosquito nets on the windows in the bedrooms. All in all, a perfect first holiday in Croatia.

Gerne wieder
Ich war im Juni für 2 Wochen da. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene mit 2 Wauzis.
Das Haus war etwas abgelegen und trotzdem Zentral. Zu Fuß 3 min. zum Meer und die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit war auch nur 7 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Optimale Lage!
Daher eine Superlage und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Wir wurden richtig freundlich empfangen. Sie waren mit auf dem weitläufigen Grundstück und hatten uns aber lediglich mal gefragt ob wir was benötigen oder Sie uns behilflich sein können. Das Haus ist Super eingerichtet mit neuen Möbeln und 2 Bädern. Zum Abschied gab es noch einen Likör als Geschenk :-).
