Holiday cottage Visnja for 6 persons - near the beach. On approx. 110 m² it has on the ground floor a large living and dining area, a well equipped kitchen, shower/WC and direct access to the terrace and garden. There you will find seating and a barbecue. On the 1st floor there are 3 double bedrooms, one with balcony and a second bathroom with shower. In front of the entrance you have another sitting area, there is a parking lot on the property
Poreč with its wide range of sports and leisure activities, sights and restaurants is just a few minutes away.
The holiday home Višnja is the perfect place to enjoy the Istrian nature and the Adriatic coast.

The house was exactly as described. The landlord was very nice, and the check-in and check-out were uncomplicated.

Schönes Ferienhaus
The detached holiday home is modern and tastefully furnished, clean, and well-maintained. What we missed was a dishwasher. The terrace is visible from the neighboring house, which is not visible in the photos. A privacy screen was missing, for example, a bush at this location for more privacy, as we do not want to feel watched by the neighbors while eating. The landlord is extremely friendly and welcomed us warmly. For dogs, it's ideal as there is a fenced area. Price-performance ratio is too expensive as the center of Porec is almost unreachable (45 min on foot), but we were aware of this beforehand. Overall recommended, especially for dog owners who can take nice walks from the house, the beach is also not far, if you take the shortest way, you'll be there in no time. Also great for cycling. Parking at the house on the property.

In der Ausstattung sind vorhandene Geräte angegeben, und auf den Fotos ist ersichtlich, dass die vordere Verande nur eingezäunt ist, da das Nachbarhaus auf der anderen Strassenseite liegt, hoffen wir, dass Sie nicht zu sehr gestört wurden. In any case we will come again
We usually always stay in Italy, but this accommodation showed us that you can get much more for the same price.
The house is very modern and is perfectly equipped.
Here you don't have to bring anything except the contents of the fridge.
You need the car to get to the beach, and you want to take a lot with you.
We will definitely come back.

It was a great holiday
We stayed in this accommodation for 2 weeks in August with 2 adults, 1 teenager and a dog
We can only recommend the house. It is very clean and centrally located, yet quiet. It is only a few minutes' walk to the beach. You can also take your dog for a walk in the nearby forest. Therefore, it was not a problem for us that the fenced garden was small. The owner lives on the property. He was very nice and helpful. As well as the nice neighbours. We never felt disturbed. A small tip would be to put mosquito nets on the windows in the bedrooms. All in all, a perfect first holiday in Croatia.

Happy to do it again.
I was there for 2 weeks in June. We were 3 adults with 2 dogs.
The house was somewhat secluded yet central. A 3-minute walk to the sea and the nearest shopping opportunity was only a 7-minute walk away. Ideal location!
Therefore, a superb location and very friendly landlords. We were welcomed very warmly. They were on the extensive grounds with us but only asked us if we needed anything or if they could help us. The house is beautifully furnished with new furniture and 2 bathrooms. As a farewell gift, we received a liqueur :-).
Thank you for the great stay. Would love to come back again.
