Description

Villa Artist is a beautifully decorated holiday house located in Vržnaveri, only 7 km from Poreč. It is designed for a comfortable stay for up to eight guests. From here you can easily visit the town of Rovinj (38 km away). The nearest airport is in Pula (61 km), and Trieste airport is 114 km from the villa.

In the heart of the property there is a private pool surrounded by sun loungers. Guests will find billiards and table tennis, perfect for family fun or friendly competition. The covered terrace with a barbecue is a favorite gathering place for our guests.

For indoor entertainment, the villa offers a PlayStation 5 with two games: FIFA and Overcooked. Satellite internet connection is available.

Villa Artist has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and one bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom. On the upper floor there are three more bedrooms: two with double beds and private bathrooms, and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have a TV, and every window has mosquito screens for comfort.

For convenience, a fifth bathroom with a washing machine is located outside by the pool, so you can freshen up without entering the indoor area.

Outside, a green area with olive trees complements the three private outdoor parking spaces. Villa Artist is only a few minutes' drive from the famous Euphrasian Basilica in Poreč, a UNESCO landmark. You can also visit the Baredine Cave, located just 4.2 km away, or go to Aquapark Aquacolors, which is 9 km from the villa.
